The location was great for us to visit our college student in Boston. Peaceful & quiet neighborhood. Our host was great in responding to any questions/issues we had.

peaceful but cold

This place is a spacious first floor apartment in a lovel, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The new shower is delightful. However the heat is poor during the night. Neither the double bedroom door nor the bathroom door stays closed. Oddly the double bed was made without a top sheet -- just a pile of comforters. The entry is through the back door and the front door is closed only with the chain. The host is slow or not at all responding to messages in the VRBO app and his phone message box is full.

Mothball Infested

Key to get in took 5 minutes jiggling lock in order to open. Bed was unmade and had sheets from previous guest. Mattress was dirty and stained. Place reeked from mothballs in dresser drawers and large open bag under bathroom sink. Left before the first night (didn’t stay) and have had a poor response from VRBO requesting refund for health hazard from mothballs causing respiratory problems.
