Hardwood floors throughout. Parking is available through valet service and is free for one vehicle. Building amenities include onsite restaurant, cafe/minimart, full gym, indoor Racquetball, Pool and Tennis.
Brickell is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. At the center of it all we are located 1 mile from Downtown Miami, 7 miles from South Beach, 6 miles from Coral Gables and 5 miles from Key Biscayne beaches.

Perfect!

We stayed here for two months while renovating our house. We loved living here. We felt like we were on vacation. The view is spectacular, and the whole apartment is drenched in sunlight. The pool and gym are great, the valet parkers super friendly and everyone who works in the building really nice. You can walk to dozens of great restaurants and shopping at Brickell City Center, and access off of Brickell is easy. I would highly recommend!
