Uniquely appropriate for a stay in the mountains. Quaint, cute, cozy and tucked into the mountain side. Ideal for a romantic couples getaway or simple solitude. A stones through from Banner Elk and all that it has to offer. If quiet seclusion is what you’re looking for. This is the place.

The home worked out perfectly for our first trip to the area. We were there for a conference at the college and it was just a mile away. Home was very well done and had everything we needed.

The room is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The host is friendly and communicates well. We were not aware in that order to get to the bathroom from the bedroom. You have to go up a compact spiral staircase. Anyone who is not reasonably fit and those who have to get to the bathroom multiple times at night we find this to be a problem. Otherwise our stay was wonderful!

Directly in the middle of both Sugar and Beech Mountain choose your slopes. Wonderful babbling stream out front.

Home away from home

Being away from home, never felt so much like home. This space is warm and welcoming, clean and comfortable. I could not have asked for a better host! We are already looking forward to staying again next year for our annual Ski trip. Thank you!

Quaint, private and cute little bungalow. Air conditioning works great. The spiral staircase to go from the bedroom to the living room and kitchen can be a pain after a while, but you can walk outside and up the normal stairs if needed. Comfortable bed and cozy place. The place is small and so is the kitchen. That being said it is still a full functioning kitchen. We would come back again.
