Charming updated mountain condo! Perfect for a couple or a few friends to stay while playing and having fun on Sugar Mountain and in the Banner Elk area. This home is located within a short walking distance of snow skiing, tubing, ice skating, and all the wintertime sports Sugar Mountain has to offer. A very short drive to 2 grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, a mountain coaster, gem mining, shopping, and more.
This one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers a cozy atmosphere for one to enjoy and relax. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate sleeping for 4. Gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs, WIFI, private washer/dryer, and fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and natural surroundings on the large back deck. Shared charcoal grills.
A great place for a vacation and the experience of a lifetime without breaking the bank.

It was a great place to stay for a weekend ski trip with 2 other people. The pullout bed was a little uncomfortable, but just using the couch instead was perfectly fine. Plenty of cookware and extra blankets and pillows.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Weekend with teenage son and his friend!

Took my 15 year old son and his 16 year old friend skiing for a long weekend road trip. I was nervous because I'd never been to this place before and they've never skied. The condo was perfect really for us. It all worked out. Only drawback was that we couldn't walk to the slopes due to the recent hurricane Helene damage but other than that, it was great!
