Easter Break

OUR HOME SLEEPS UP TO 16 PEOPLE. Our elegant, upscale, villas nurture you in relaxing Island Décor created by us, as Interior Decorators and retail home goods store owners.

We offer a private 4 Bedrooms, 2 baths Upstairs villa, or a private 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths downstairs villa, or together a LARGE 7 BEDROOM HOME.
Both Villas together provide convenience for large groups that can save you considerable money.
We have Parking on both sides of the home for multiple vehicles (about 9 Cars).
We have an Outdoor shower, Gas Grill, and Outdoor Patio Seating both Upstairs and Downstairs.

Perfect for your next Family Reunion, Corporate Retreat, Church Retreat, wedding party, and any Special Event. We would love to host you and your guests.

The Home is Fully furnished with Linens, Towels, equipped Kitchens, and Upstairs and downstairs laundry facilities.

Only 70 steps to your Beach on a quiet, One Way, Single lane road that rarely has traffic. This makes it Ideal for families to safely walk to the beach.

The downstairs villa is level with the driveway except for a 2 1/2" entry threshold. The Local Beach Patrol offers Handicap Beach Wheel chairs and Access to drive onto the beach complimentary with a handicap Tag.

The house is located close to all the Local Restaurants, Grocery stores, Farmers Market, Shops, Bakeries, Pharmacy, and Liquor stores.

The Main Beach side downtown street is Flagler Avenue and is approximately 1 mile North of the Beach Home. You can walk on the beach, ride a Bicycle (available to rent with many vendors locally) or take a car and tour the beautiful barrier island area. We provide towels and beach towels. We do ask that you shake out the sand outside before putting anything to wash, since the sand is bad for the plumbing. We also have a hot water shower outside.

Our kitchen is equipped with cookware, blender, mixer, baking pans, espresso and coffee maker, Keurig, dishes and serving trays. Also, microwave, dishwasher, and oven. Outside is a gas BBQ grill.

During event weeks and holiday weeks we prefer 7 Night Reservations , but we will consider shorter night stays.

We provide bed linens.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Reset Air conditioner thermostat to 78 degrees
Make certain all windows are closed and locked
Unplug coffee pot
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parking on Hill St or Neighbors properties. 9 vehicles can fit on this property.
Please remove trash from house, clean dishes, unplug coffee pots, close/lock windows, lock doors, set A/C thermostats at 78 degrees prior to leaving.

Another terrific VRBO stays!

The location was terrific! Short stroll to the beach in a central location. The two kitchens helped tremendously with kids and there are multiple gathering areas in the house. The owner was responsive and helpful both before, during & after the visit. We would definitely consider a second trip if traveling with a large group again!

Great beach house with lots of character

Wr had a great stay in this house near New Smyrna Beach. It was super convenient to get to the beach - just a quick jaunt to the 8th street entrance to the beach. The house was very convenient - two kitchens, lots of rooms and sitting areas. Realistically sleeps more like 14 people, without sleeping in the hall that connects up and down stairs or sleeping on the common areas. The kids loved the space. David and Carmen were very good with making sure we were in contact if we needed anything, and were very responsive when we did have some requests as we were settling in to the place. Overall a most enjoyable vacat. Wedlove to come back again.

Wonderful family vacation

The house is located so close to the beach - we loved being just a 90-second walk to the sand. It has ample rooms for our large family. However, because we have small grandchildren, I will choose a different place next time without so many breakable items of decor. This house would be perfect for us if the surfaces were clear of delicate embellishments.

Family reunion

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were kind, informative, responsive, and timely. The house was well stocked and is located close to shopping, groceries, Florida attractions, Orlando airport, Kennedy space center, and restaurants. We could walk to many places. We were also fortunate to witness a space X launch while standing on the beach. The beach is very nice. Our family is expanding and we probably will need another bedroom in the future but this was a great place for us to stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch together drinking coffee and catching up. We would like to stay there again one day.

Thanksgiving with family

What an amazing house! We rented the entire house for a family Thanksgiving dinner. Carmen and Dave greeted us at arrival with a tour of all the amenities they have to offer. Perfect Beach Vacation

New Smyrna has always been one of my favorite beaches in Florida. Beautiful beach and plenty of amazing restaurants. This property was perfect for our extended family. The house had plenty of towels, chairs and beach toys for our family. I really appreciated the sound proofing between the upstairs and downstairs, as our adult children like to stay up late. I didn’t hear a thing and am a light sleeper. The cleanliness of the property was impressive. It is a big place with lots of decor, but was very clean. I would definitely recommend this property.

We WILL be back!

From arrival and our walk-thru with Carmen through the entire stay, we were never in need of a thing. Plenty of space to spread out as a family and so much in the decor to create the coolest scavenger hunt one could imagine! Walking distance to so much. Publix right less than a quarter mile. Sea Vista Tiki Bar just 100 yards away. All the comforts of home when it comes to the kitchen as well! We loved every minute and we will be back!!

Great Beach Location

We stayed for a family reunion for my parent's 60th anniversary. We rented both the top and the bottom apt and filled every bed. I would definitely recommend this rental. The location is wonderful. A short walk to the beach. We walked down the beach to Flagler Avenue - which is a bit of a long walk but not too far. The house was great. Lots of parking. The rental agent was great - very cooperative and met us right on time. The interior of the house is roomy and well set up but it is VERY decorated so if you have little ones who like to pick stuff up - take a look at the pics online and be aware. Thanks to the owners for a great vacation place for our family!

Wonderful Home!

Everything was exactly as pictured. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very pleased. The decor was so interesting --we noticed something different every time we looked around. The home is located very close to the beach with an easy walkway. The outside setting is quite relaxing--tables and chairs on both the upper and lower levels are very conducive to leisurely dining. We would certainly be happy to return to this enchanting vacation spot.

We love the peaceful feeling of our Beach Home situated on a quiet beach sand road on top of a high beach dune. We are able to have up to 18 people stay in our 13 beds. Our house is walking distance to everything you may need, whether groceries, drug store, restaurants, clothing store, beach rental, etc. We can drive to any popular Florida Attraction (i.e.: Disney World, Universal, Epcot, Cape Canaveral, St. Augustine, etc.) in approximately an Hour and return to enjoy the ocean.

What makes this property unique

Situated only feet from the beach with ocean views; a short walk or drive is minutes to anywhere on the Barrier Island or mainland New Smyrna Beach. All Central Florida attractions can be reached in approximately an hour. This beautiful spacious home with room to enjoy, especially with a large group, elegantly decorated and suited for entertaining. We love the open feeling that comes from the vaulted ceilings, large windows cascading light, and coastal tropical décor with a relaxing island theme. You and your guest will enjoy. Come & make priceless beach memories with your friends and family.
