Welcome to this 2 bed, 1 bath, 1500 sq ft mountain home, nestled in the cozy community of Durango West. 9 mi to downtown Durango. 28 mi to Mesa Verde. 35 mi to Purgatory Ski Resort.

Bring the family or friends and soak in the brand spanking new 6 person Hot Tub, enjoy hiking trails in the neighborhood, and a spacious living area for everyone.

Open concept kitchen- living room. Foosball and air hockey! Board Games! And our little version of a theater room with a Samsung Freestyle Projector! 100 inch screen!

The Space
This is a split level, duplex-style home (upper/lower) with a private and separate entrance for guests. You get the entire lower level.The fantastic long term renters/property managers live upstairs. They’re a respectful, quiet couple and are very mindful of your space.

Gem nestled close to town but with great access to Mancos, Mesa Verde, La Plata Canyon

Loved the beds - comfy memory foam! Thoughtfully decorated and well-stocked home has travel essentials, plus a media room and board games, foosball. House is clean, clear of clutter and has a nice porch for morning coffee. Access through yard is a little rough and might not be suitable for someone that needs assistance such as a cane or wheelchair.
