Rorry is an attentive host, and communicates to ensure a great stay. Rorry always responds timely to any guest questions, or concerns.
We do require guests to sign our rental agreement. The rental agreement comes available after booking is complete. We allow cancellation with a full refund (-4% processing fee for VRBO guests), within 2 hours of booking if guest doesn't agree to terms outlined in rental agreement. Once the 2 hour review window has closed, the cancellation policy is in effect.

This home sits on a VERY quiet residential street with only six nearby houses and almost no traffic, either foot or vehicular. It is peaceful, established, and feels tucked away despite being close to campus.

The surrounding area is an older Tallahassee neighborhood near the university. Homes in the area vary in age, style, and condition. Some neighboring properties reflect long-standing urban character and practical security features typical of established city neighborhoods.

If you are looking for a newly built, master-planned subdivision or gated community setting, this may not be the right fit. Guests who appreciate authentic, lived-in neighborhoods and proximity to campus tend to love it here.

We have hosted many guests, friends and family without safety concerns and have personally stayed at the property on several occassions.

The property is accessed via smart lock. Guests enjoy the entire house and yard privately.

Please note this home sits on a lot with another of Rorry’s listings. The homes are completely separate with no shared spaces. However, they are close enough that outside noise carries easily, so quiet hours must be strictly observed.

Important: This property requires climbing one full flight of stairs. After all, we call it the Treehouse. The interior has some transitional flooring as well.

The interior is colorful and expressive by design. It is intentional, not accidental. Guests who appreciate creative spaces tend to love it.

Recommend use of a vehicle

This property sits on a lot with another of Rorry's listings, which may or may not be occupied with guests at the time of your stay. Either way, the houses are completely separate and private and there are no shared spaces between the two.
