Charming Adirondack Home on Private Lake

Experience this beautiful 3-bedroom house furnished in classic Adirondack style, with 100 feet of private lakefront. Enjoy beautiful views of the lake from the house, patio or dock. The large patio overlooks the lake and includes a built-in fire pit, hammock and seating for eight. Kayaks, canoe, and paddle board are available for use. The kitchen has granite countertops and high end appliances. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, with cozy Adirondack themed bedding. The 2 bathrooms offer luxurious rain head showers and body jets, complete with bath and beach towels. There are two living room spaces, one with 2 bunk beds for small children, and a screened in porch. Our location is close to Paul Smith's College, Saranac Lake and the Canadian border. Come stay with us and make lasting memories on the lake. We look forward to welcoming you to our lakefront home!

Titus Heaven

This was my second experience staying on Titus Lake and the first time at this house. This house had plenty of space and multiple areas to enjoy. From swimming off the dock to fires around the built in fire pit. Amazing sun rises over the views of the mountain while we enjoyed our morning coffee. This was a vacation we made memories. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Lake Titus Gem

Beautiful camp with a fabulous view of the lake. We enjoyed the sunsets from the dock, paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake, walks in the woods, and hiking Mt Immortelle at the end of the lake as well as visiting friends and family in other camps. And I can never forget the beautiful sounds of the birds and the loons in particular. One thing to know about this camp. It’s built into the hill so the basement is quite chilly. Warm pjs are a must.
