Nestled in Austin, this delightful house boasts 4 bedrooms including 3 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, this fantastic property ensures a comfortable stay for all guests. This is a duplex property, however, both homes have their own private and fully fenced backyard and private entrance.
Please let us know at least 24 hrs in advance to heat the pool. Pool heating fee ($100 per day) will need to be applied prior.
**** Please note that if the air temperature is 40 or below, the pool heater won't work efficiently which means, the pool won't be usable or warm.
