Charming 3-bedroom house with an Amazing pool and Outdoor Hangout Area
Your Austin adventure begins at this 3-bedroom house. Inside, guests will find a gorgeous space with a bunk bed, queen bed, and king bed. The soothing atmosphere of the house is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests will feel right at home. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
*Other things to note*
This is a duplex property, however, both homes have their own private and fully fenced backyard and private entrance.
Please let us know at least 24 hrs in advance to heat the pool. Pool heating fee ($100 per day) will need to be applied prior.
**** Please note that if the air temperature is 40 or below, the pool heater won't work efficiently which means, the pool won't be usable or warm.
