Summary:

Welcome to Un-Fore-Gettable! An idyllic summer retreat nestled in charming Branson. Spend all day fishing in nearby lakes or have a gala time in the community swimming pool. Show off your skills on the tennis court, while kids indulge in a variety of games at the teeming clubhouse.



The Space:

The living area is bright and spacious, perfect for big families. Soft, pastel shades and contemporary interiors blend tastefully with vintage artifacts, wooden accents and rustic furnishing. Large picture windows allow an abundance of natural light, while comfy seating arrangements flank a sizzling fireplace and a smart TV.



The adjoining balcony features a 6-seater dining table with views of the lush green outdoors, perfect to enjoy al-fresco meals.



Show off your cooking skills in the kitchen. Spacious and roomy, it is fitted with glossy granite countertops and dewy white cabinetry. Stainless-steel appliances are available for guest use, including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and refrigerator.  Enjoy a casual round of drinks on the 2 bar stools available or tuck in for intimate family gatherings at the 2 6-seater indoor dining tables.



The home accommodates 14 guests in 4 bedrooms, all aesthetically designed.

Bedroom #1 is located on the main floor and features a king-size bed along with a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 is also on the main floor, equipped with a king-size bed and smart TV.

On the 2nd floor, a loft doubles as bedroom #3 and comes with a king-size bed.

Bedroom #4 is the kids’ room on the 2nd floor. It has two twin-over-full bunk beds and a smart TV.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- A washer/dryer is included.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

We very much enjoyed staying here. The place was clean and had some supplies that we weren't expecting such as box fans. That was a bonus because we had forgot our travel fan. The location was perfect as well. The loft room does not have a tv which we did not know until last minute. We were expecting every room to have one. We would absolutely stay at this location again. Overall, a decent place to stay, away from the busy Branson strip, and quick access to everything we like to do in the area. Highlights for our family of seven included plenty of beds, a good kitchen setup with provisions for making and eating meals, access to the community pool and hot tub, quiet neighborhood, and a beautiful lake-side trail.Even though it's a non-smoking unit, there is a residual smoke smell that really bothered some of our group. It also has been well-used and enjoyed, which means it wasn't the cleanest unit (stains on curtains, towels, and furniture; worn out rugs; game cabinet in disarray; washing machine that could use a deep clean). I had read similar comments in other reviews, so we weren't necessarily surprised by them, but I had hoped that some of those comments would have been addressed by now for a more comfortable stay and a little more peace of mind. Like I said, we had a generally good experience, but I would want to know about these things ahead of time if I were considering booking there.

One of the rooms was listed as a bedroom, but it is actually a loft room with the other bedroom door in it. The most disappointing thing was getting in late and the sofa bed had a sheet on it covered in what appeared to be food crumbs and possibly some blood. It was very gross! Our teenager ended up sleeping in a recliner. The next morning I saw a message that housekeeping would come clean it, but by this time we had already lost one night and our teen decided to not stay the next night. Outside of that the mattresses in the rooms were comfortable and the bunk room was great for the kids.

We recently stayed at this VRBO during our trip to Branson and overall had a great experience. The location was one of the biggest highlights—it was close to all the attractions, restaurants, and activities we wanted to visit while still being tucked away in a quiet community. The property was spacious, comfortable, and offered excellent value for the price. We also enjoyed the community amenities, especially the pool, and one of our favorite memories from the trip was taking late-night walks around the neighborhood.There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. Some important information wasn't very clear upon arrival. For example, we weren't aware that we needed to obtain a parking pass from the gate attendant, and the purpose of the white card attached to the red lanyard wasn't explained. We eventually realized it was needed for pool access after making our first trip to the pool without it.Cleanliness could also use some additional attention. The corners of the first bedroom appeared not to have been swept in some time and had accumulated quite a few dead bugs. We also found some questionable residue on one of the pillows in another bedroom. The back patio was a nice feature, but there were numerous spiders and webs present, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the space. They appeared to be orb weavers, and there were enough of them that we chose not to spend much time outside.Despite those issues, we genuinely enjoyed our stay.
