This property was everything the owner described. New and clean living areas. The owner was an excellent communicator and wasted no time in responding to your questions. Nice neighborhood!

Was a nice, clean, and affordable two bedroom upstairs apartment in a duplex looking building, in a regular working class neighborhood. Definitely not handicap accessible but perfect for small Families. It seemed like the shower had a water softener and hot water never ran out. Street parking and had lots of air conditioners for the Summer so you won't roast. Said they had a blow dryer but couldn't find it. I had a great stay, Hosts were quick to respond to any questions.

First, I should say that the owner put me up in a different house on Brownell Ave., because there was a water leak. I appreciate that he was honest enough to tell me that. At first he was responsive and helpful. However, there were problems with the property. The water heater did not have enough hot water to fill the tub to the point where the water jets could be used. The mattress was old and worn out. There was also only one fork in the utensil drawer. The worst problem was that it was too easy to lock myself out. The key provided only fit the bottom lock on the front door and none of the other doors or locks. The owner should program the deadbolt to have a code based on the client's phone number like everyone else does. I had to stay somewhere else one of the two nights, because I was locked out and the owner was not responding and never actually did respond to my request for when I could get back in. It was just mysteriously unlocked when I got there the next day just before check-out time.
