Escape to a serene cabin on 400 acres , 2000 sq foot cabin located in Perkins, MI in the Upper Peninsula 2 1/2 hours west of St. Ignace. Less than 20 minutes away for boat launch and fishing in the beautiful Little Bay De Noc. Perfect set up for deer hunting both bow and rifle season and bird hunting. Great for a winter get away for snowmobiling . Perfect for large groups or individuals. This welcoming cabin retreat features sleeping bunks for up to 20 people. With heating to keep you warm, shower and bathroom located in outer building. Fully equipped kitchen and living area. Some rustic and modern amenities. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

A minimum of 5 guests required for each booking. A maximum of 10 guests at the published $1550.00 per night rate. Over 10 guests, each addtional guest is $100 extra per night.

Remove garbage bags from inside building, seal, and place outside front door upon check out.

Inside lighting needs to be turned out upon check out.

Any kitchen items that were used during stay must be cleaned and placed back in orignial location upon check out.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Deer blinds located on the property are permitted to be used by guests. If used, blinds must be cleaned and left in the condition found.

Owner is not responsible for any personal items stolen or left on the property

Guests are required to bring bedding items and bathing towels.
