Actively maintained to the highest standards-

The High Banks can sleep up to six people in three queen bedrooms (Plenty of warm blankets,clean white microfiber linens, and lofty cotton towels are included.)

The bedrooms surround a mid-century styled family room,with chaise lounge, and chairs.

Industrial rustic dining room, with custom six place oak epoxy dining table and chairs gives an excellent place to share a meal.

The space has laundry facilities on site stocked with soap and detergents.

Breakfast is included!

Items included, but not limited to; several kinds of locally brewed coffee (decaf+reg) also several flavors of single serving pods (kureig+ traditional pot makers in the space), also available are: teas, hot cocoa, several kinds of cereal, waffles, pancakes, milk, juice, eggs, sausage, peanut butter jelly, bread + more!!

There's a large driveway with plenty of parking for boats, RVs, or multiple vehicles. (Please park right at the entrance steps!)

The property is actively mowed, and cleared of snow.

The guest space is located on the ground floor of the home.

Guests entrance door, and key-box are inside of the entry way on the ground floor of the space.

(it is a shared entrance, host quarters are on 2nd story.)

The rental includes use of the ground floor, front deck, and fenced in back yard with picnic table, patio table with umbrella and chairs, and a fire-pit.
(firewood included, please burn responsibly!)

The building is a duplex, I reside in the upper unit with my two dogs (wirehaired pointing griffons) Naz+Gryff (they're very friendly!)
