I had a very positive experience. The booking process was smooth, and the host communicated clearly from the start, providing detailed check-in instructions and quick responses to any questions I had.The property itself was exactly as described in the listing—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the living space felt welcoming and spacious. I especially appreciated the little touches like extra towels, toiletries, and a guidebook with local recommendations. The location was another highlight. It was conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and a short walk to the beach.Overall, I would definitely recommend this VRBO to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would happily book here again in the future.

Superb!!

The house and location was perfect for our stay in Jacksonville. So close to the water and so many options for restaurants and stores. The communication with the owner was the best. She was very helpful and easy to communicate back and forth with and even had some great recommendations for food as well. The pictures on the site are exactly like the house - they have done a great job on their rental and we would stay here again for sure!

There’s really a lot that I could say about this home and the host! Everything that you see in the pictures actually look the part. The home had more than enough room for me, my wife and our 3 kids and puppy. The home was super clean and in a wonderful location, minutes away from everything. I really can’t say enough about Stephanie, our host! She was such a gracious host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress-free. She always responded to my messages quickly and she would check in to make sure our stay was going well. We will definitely be staying here again during our next visit!
