Located in sunny South Kihei at Maui Vista Complex enjoy what this 1-bedroom condo has to offer. With a comfy king bed, WiFi, AC, 2 smart TVs, washer & dryer our guests can relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

The "Beach Closet" at the entrance has everything you need for the beach including: 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, Igloo cooler, tons of snorkel gear, beach towels, sunscreen etc. for added convenience.

Includes a fully stocked kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, pots pans, glasses dishwasher etc. Cute balcony with table for 2 for morning coffee or evening wine.

We are on the 2nd floor overlooking S. Kihei Rd. We have Elevators & a Bellhop Cart to bring your suitcases upstairs. Maui Vista is a condominium complex, It features three low-rise buildings, each with its own swimming pool and tennis courts, offering a resort-like experience. The condo provides partial ocean & full garden views. Just across the street is Charley Young Beach, one of the best beaches in Kihei, known for its soft sand and clear waters. The complex is also close to shopping, dining, and other attractions in Kihei, making it a convenient and scenic destination for visitors seeking a relaxing Hawaiian vacation. This was a large, well-stocked condo across the street from the ocean. Walk a few steps to the sand for sunset. The kitchen and washer/dryer were a huge plus. We didn’t use it, but they had beach gear, snorkel, gear, and towels. Great pools. Great location!

Location great. Worn out heavily corroded water fixtures, grout peeling, towel rack broken and the one seating is a broken down couch. Drapery pretty ghetto and AC window unit struggles. Nice that there were coffee filters and coffee as well as brita water unit! For the price might be worth it but have stayed in other units in bldg 1 that were more accommodating in living/dining. WiFi signal was problematic- kept going in and out.

We stayed for 10 nights. The condo was clean and conveniently located. We were disappointed with the condition of the unit however. The sofa was very uncomfortable, the towel bar in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the sliding door and screen were in rough shape and difficult to open. Since there was only 1 folding beach chair in the closet, we purchased another one. We left it in the closet for the next guest. The wifi was very poor. They have a Belkin router, which in my professional opinion, are the worst made. I'm a technician for a major telecomm corperation.

Es igual que en las fotos, amplio y bien situado. Repetiría! Y Juliana ha sido súper amable. El check in muy fácil y cómodo. El aire acondicionado es una máquina bastante grande, hay una en el salón y otra en la habitación. Solo usamos el de la habitación pero hacía muchísimo ruido, es imposible dormir con ello puesto.

I'm originally from Texas but have been living on Maui for 22 years. I have 3 adorable kids. We love cooking, playing outside & having movie nights. I love being a host because I have also traveled quite a bit and have seen what it's like to be the guest so I'm always looking for ways to make my place hospitable, convenient & cozy.

Why they chose this property

Great location! Closer to Wailea than North Kihei. You can walk to the grocery store (Foodland) you can grab drinks at one of the many bars at the Triangle (plenty of happy hours there) There is also Paia Fish Market serving up the freshest fish burgers around. Also Charley Young Beach is right across the street. Soft sand, gentle waters and great showers!

What makes this property unique

It's composed of 3 buildings all with their own tennis court, saline pool & BBQs. Plenty of plumeria trees (my fave) and the landscaping is nice. It's a great little community with mostly tourists. Parking is free and security patrols 24-7. It's a safe place. My condo is comfortable and everyone always remarks on how it's well stocked with everything they needed.
