This unit is a two-room, 270 sq. ft. STUDIO with 1 queen size bed. Free WiFi, Free Parking, room AC, Keurig Coffee Machine, Mini Refrigerator, Microwave & Cable TV.

This studio is perfect for the vacationers who wants to spend their time out and about exploring the island and still have a very nice, comfortable place to come home to.

Across from Kalama Park, The Cove, Charlie Young Beach. Next to South Maui Gardens (Maui's Hidden Oasis) tropical setting 14 food trucks, Luaus, Hula Shows & Thursday Farmer's Market.

Walk to The Triangle, South Maui‘s entertainment center with live music, bars, shopping & restaurants.

Clean room, air conditioner worked, bed was comfortable which was a nice surprise. Dive shop was just behind it (where I spent most of the trip). Location was right near the beach, and the food garden. Overall area and stay were just what I needed. The owner was great, messaged me with lots of information, and made sure I had everything I needed once I arrived. Would definitely stay again. (I stayed for 3 weeks)

This place has everything we needed. It has a fan and AC and a lot of beach supplies so we are always comfortable. The bed is comfy too. The host Ligia is very responsive and offers lots of help!The location can't be beat. Walkable to lots of food trucks, restaurants, Foodland and many beaches! South Maui Gardens is right next door and it's such a chill place with live music, shows, events. We learned to surf at the beach right across from the studio!

We brought our unit at the Island Surf because of the awesome Ocean View and location.

The Island Surf is conveniently located on the South Shore in the heart of Kihei. Shopping, activities and the beach are just steps away. We are within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants of all types, a grocery store, car rental, South Maui Gardens, The Triangle.

Enjoy the swimming pool located on the 2nd level and rent bicycles, surfboards, snorkel equipment, and diving equipment right in the building! Want to try your hand at surfing? Rent a surfboard and walk directly across the street to enjoy riding the waves.

The Island Surf is located in the heart of Kihei, across the street from The Cove beach and Kalama Ocean Park. The Cove is known as the best place in Maui to learn how to surf; sign up for surfing lessons, carry your surfboard across the street to the gentle surf and begin your Maui Surfing Adventure. Rent surf boards, paddle boards, diving equipment, and kayaks right in the building. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Walk to any of the many delicious restaurants from award winning Food Trucks to five star fine dining and night life.

Why they chose this property

You are located in the center of tourist attractions: you can walk to restaurants, grab a shaved ice, or stop and have a bite to eat, and people watch, at one of the sidewalk cafes. Kihei Cafe opens at 5:00am and has been voted Best Breakfast several years in a row. Solar Heated Pool is located on the second floor. Large area with ocean view, 2 gas BBQs, tables and chairs for your enjoyment.

Kalama Park is a fun place to sit on the break wall and watch the surfers at the Cove. Sign up for surf lessons and walk across the street to catch your first wave. Sunsets are beautiful, watch turtles feed at dusk along the ocean rock wall, AND it's right across the street from shopping and dining at “The Triangle” live entertainment,

Walkways along the ocean, pavilions, picnic areas, with bbqs, tennis and volleyball courts, a skating rink (skates available for rent), Children's Park, & a huge Skateboarding area and several baseball fields. Well known as a great place for locals and visitors alike to enjoy Maui Sunsets, watch accomplished and beginner surfers, whale watch during season and home of canoe clubs. Many events are held in the park

What makes this property unique

You are located in the Heart if Kihei. The Cove is across the street and known for its gentle waves and sunsets. Watch for turtles eating off the rocks. Kihei Road is the main street in and you will find the center of Kihei's tourist attractions.

On the 1st floor of the Island Surf building you can sign up for surfing lessons, (the Cove’s waves are perfect for beginners), Grab and Go, Saltwater Cafe restaurant, get a massage, hair cut or even a tattoo. Next to the building is a huge nursery and food truck park, Blue Door Bread Company and coffee spot.

The Island Surf has two elevators. WiFi included. Free Parking for one car.
