One bedroom oceanfront condo with spectacular views! Newly renovated bathroom with new floor, vanity and toilet. Queen size bedroom set in the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Fiber optic WiFi, cable, air conditioning. Huge sliding glass doors lead to new expansive balcony. Elevator. Parking for one vehicle only. Please note: This condo is located in The Brunswick with a restaurant and lounge downstairs with live music. Live music on the outdoor patio in the summer. Bands play until 11 week nights and 1 a.m. on weekends below the balcony in the summer. If noise is a concern for you this would be a great place off-season for you. Comfy and clean. Off season the bands play Friday and Saturday nights until 1:00 a.m. downstairs in the lounge.

Wendy was very helpful. We absolutely loved the sunrises in the morning and the sound of the waves crashing the beach. We also found an amazing place to eat called Ken’s that we loved.

As always, a very easy booking through VRBO. Host was quick to answer any questions quickly. Very pleased to have 3rd floor accommodations without noisey neighbors above. The view was beyond the pictures! Beach was clean and great shelling! Very nice accommodations, and if we come back, we'd stay again.

Great little visit

We stayed off season to just get away. The beach view is really nice. We went to the restaurant downstairs for food and live music. Very convenient! Place was clean.

The sunrises, which we could easily view from the balcony, were spectacular! Music and food from the Swick was also good. The location was great for exploring other areas nearby such as Kennebunkport to Portland. Wendy gave excellent details and gave immediate feedback when needed.

The perfect overnight escape.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a beach-themed interior, a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Further inside, a magnificent, large sliding door reveals a stunning ocean view.I experienced a minor difficulty connecting the television to the Wi-Fi network, but Wendy promptly assisted me, and we resolved the problem within minutes. Its the ideal overnight escape.

Anniversary trip

The condo in OOB, was perfect! Loved having coffee in morning on deck watching the sunrise! Loved walking the beach, lots of shells and even found a few sand dollars! Great area to find local shopping and places to eat! Brunswick had fun bands out and could listen from deck! Wendy was very responsive to messages sent! Great place to stay!

Beautiful view and very clean. A little noisy at night due to band playing on first level…this condo is on third floor…didn’t bother us but might bother others if you are a light sleeper and go to bed early.Very convenient to town/pier. Owner was quick to respond to inquiry.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was the perfect location and a great little condo, exceeded our expectations. Definitely not the Ritz, but well maintained and very comfortable! We were in town for the bands, the deck was huge and overlooking the patio. Best seat in the place! Only a few steps to the beach and restaurants. The owner was great to deal with, we will book again in the future.

Weekend getaway

The property is just as described and has everything you need. The location and view are amazing!!! We happened to go on the coldest days in many years so stayed inside but still had the view. Hoping to return again.

Beach stay

Husband and I were traveling across the upper Midwest to Acadia National Park. We decided to stop for a night on the ocean. The condo is on the beach and was adequate for our short stay. Owner was responsive and helpful. We only used the coffee pot but the kitchen was well equipped. In spite of it being cold and rainy, we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this property to others.

great ocean view

Thought this place was a good value for true ocean front. There's a bar on the first floor that can be a bit noisy but my wife and I went down and enjoyed the bands both nights we were there, so it was worth it. Loved being able to walk downstairs to an enjoyable place to hang out. Also really liked the restaurant right next door. Great breakfast (try the lobster benny) and live music.

Very enjoyable stay

We stayed in this location because it was close to my daughters wedding venue. Oceans views were second to none. Beautiful location. Everything you might need was in the room. Saturday night there was a band playing right below the balcony. It was great music. We enjoyed it very much.

Breathtaking!

The room was cozy, the view was off the chart!!! The food and service below were great. FYI- the bar on the first floor can have some loud music. Which can be great from the balcony if it is your type of music. We love music so was perfect for us.

Why they chose this property

This is our dream come true! This is also the only condo building in Old Orchard Beach with a restaurant and lounge below. It also is home of the largest Patio Bar on the beach! Walk right from the sand to the bar! The huge balconies are private to each individual condo. The view is amazing! Sunrises are amazing. Steps to the beach and a couple minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. It's just a short driving distance to mini golf, mega shopping, antiquing, homemade ice cream stands and many great eating places. Just 20 minutes to Portland. You can drive, take the bus or train. The bus and train depot is 5 minutes walking distance from our condo. We are on the third floor with elevator service! The Brunswick building has just been renovated inside and out with new carpeting, paint and siding.

What makes this property unique

The Patio Bar! In the summer live bands play right below the balcony at the Patio Bar during the day. Great for people watching! Live bands play inside on weekends year round. The Brunswick Restaurant and Lounge is on the 1st floor of our building. You don't have to leave the building for anything if you don't want to! We are just steps away from the Palace Playground, The Pier, Pier Fries and all the shops, restaurants and bars right downtown. Five minute walk! Enjoy fireworks from the balcony on Thursdays in the summer. Enjoy sunrises from the living room and balcony. You can view the islands in Saco Bay and also see Black Point in Scarborough. Home of artist Winslow Homer. Walking distance to Ocean Park. Walking distance to laundromats, grocery store and pharmacy.
