What A Spot!

My family and I had an outstanding experience renting this beautiful townhouse just steps away from the lake. The views from the deck are pure magic. The home is nicely decorated, well appointed, and clean. Ideal location in Samoset with plenty of activities both on the Samoset property and the surrounding area of Gilford and beyond. Communication leading up to our stay was great. We will 100% look to return to this beautiful property.

Lake front townhouse

Amazing location and views on the lake. The property was super clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were in Gilford for a ski trip and we the house was located just 19 min away from the slopes! Great communication with the management that was very pro active giving checkin and checkout info. 100% recommend!

The condo was even nicer than the pictures suggested. The view of the lake was completely unobstructed and absolutely beautiful. Furnishings and appliances were high-quality, and everything felt new and well-maintained. The house was spotless on arrival.I had one small question about the shower, and the rental service responded quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service.I would highly recommend this property. I traveled alone, but for families, the downstairs den would be a perfect spot for kids to relax, watch TV, or play video games.A wonderful stay overall.
