My family and I had a great stay here! Plenty of space for us and it has everything we could need for a quick trip to Flagstaff. Check in was easy, and the hosts were very welcoming and made sure our stay was going well. Would definitely stay again next time we're in town!

The house was exactly as seen in the app. Jacob & Britini were wonderful hosts communicating through our stay. Loved the Flagsfaff area & the Grand Canyon/ Sedona did not disappoint… see in awe!!

My sister and I stayed at this Flagstaff home. We experienced no problems during our stay. Location for us was excellent with proximity to restaurants, sights, Sedona. The neighborhood is pleasant. We used the outdoor seating daily. There was a neighborhood deer one night that hung out nearby and our porch lizard came out to say hi each morning. Beds are comfortable as is living room seating. Hosts were responsive and check in instructions arrived as expected. I would not hesitate to stay again.

We came to the Flagstaff area to visit the Grand Canyon, Sedona & surrounding area with LT good friends that met us there . We used to own a condo in the area where this house is located and we were determined to find a nice home to rent in this particular part of town. Luckily this house was available and it was perfect in how it has been updated, remodeled and tastefully decorated. The location is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood where the houses aren't too close and there's plenty of trees and vegetation. We had a backed up kitchen sink that Jacob the property take care of any issues expert & owner quickly resolved. Communication with the hosts Britini & Jacob was prompt and seamless. It's location makes it easy to get just about anywhere quickly. The Grand Canyon is 1 hr., Sedona is 30 mins & Prescott is 1 hr if you take 89A S. Very auspiciously we had 2 rainbows appear right out the front windows, so it may be located in rainbow alley! ;).We had a wonderful time and would most certainly stay there again when in the area. We all highly recommend staying at this property if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.

Fabulous hosts! Just like the pictures! Amazing touches all over the home. Tons of kitchen items and bathroom items. Lots of open space in backyard and living area. Close to everything loved it! Can’t wait to stay again! They re did kitchen and bathrooms, have nice decor, good towels Hall bath split between the two side rooms. Lots of love and nice touches went into this home. Quiet peaceful street! Thanks so much Brittani and team!
