Great spot - centrally located to all we wanted to see during our time in Newport. House is great and had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Plenty of room to relax and we all loved the added bonus of having arcade style games in the loft. Would definitely stay here again!

This little getaway was perfect, with a little something for everyone! Close enough to everything but still tucked away for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Our first time to the coast and we fell in love!

The included video games, board games, fire wood, and so much more made this the most enjoyable rental with more than two kids. There was even a pack and play for a young child to sleep on and a booster chair for eating.we can't wait to come again!

Excellent convenient location and property. Very well stocked amenities. Awesome hot tub on private rear deck of property. Fenced in yard with fire pit and picnic table and chairs for enjoying quiet relaxing night. I found Jerry, the host, to be very accommodating and helpful with any questions we may have had. This was my 2nd time renting this property and will DEFINITELY be returning in the future!

This was the second year we stayed at this property. We loved the house ad enjpyed the games. While it isn’t onthe beach, access is a fairly eaasy drive. We will stsy there again if possible.

This property was amazing! More than enough room for 4 adults. The house was very clean and lots of space for us all. The hot tub was fantastic on colder days. Beach is just a short walk. Be mindful there are a lot of stairs to the beach. The location was ideal to do activities in Newport or up and down the coast. The host Jerry was kind and super responsive. We'll visit again!

This wonderful A frame was perfect for our week of riding bike on the beaches around Newport. The hot tub and a garage for our bikes were the selling point for us and it did not disappoint. We did have an issue with the dishwasher not working the second night we were there. Within 24 hours it was replaced with a new working dishwasher!There is nearby beach access and the lighthouse and historic downtown are walkable. Overall fun week at the Oregon Coast!

Hot tub was GREAT! 2 driveways for parking off street. House was well stocked with amenities, and clean. Really enjoyed the fire pit in the side yard... nice bonus. Another bonus was the arcade area and games provided. Definitely a fun property to get away and relax. Would definitely consider renting again.Host was very nice and answered any questions I had. Definitely different from other experiences I have had in the past. Thanks again!
