Key West Oasis, Seperate Cottage, Very Private Pool and Back Yard

Please Note: Key West Oasis is NOT suitable for families with young children, as the 2nd bedroom is not attached to the main house - it is in a back cottage, separated by a pool. On the other hand, this is the perfect layout for two couples or families with older children, as this setup offers much more privacy.

Key West Oasis is a private two bedroom/two bath rental house ideally located in Charming Old Town, Key West, Florida, close to Duval street, great restaurants, bars and the beach.

This 1906 'cigar maker's cottage' has been newly renovated into a stylish Key West retreat. The house features an open floor plan with original Dade County pine walls and ceilings. The main house has hard wood flooring throughout and houses the master suite, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and the living and dining area. Inside the house are all the comforts of home, with every room providing its own unique feel.

Three sets of French doors lead from the living and dining area onto your own private lanai and pool area. Bask in the sun and listen to the tranquil sounds of falling water, which is the backdrop of the heated pool. Tropical plants and flowers are abundant and offer complete privacy for guests. The back gardens and pool area were designed to create a calming effect, which pervades the mind, body and spirit.

The detached cottage offers a 2nd bedroom and bath with a private open-air shower – what better way to enjoy your morning shower than amidst flowering bougainvillea trees! The cottage also features 20 ft vaulted ceilings and two sets of French doors which open to the garden and pool area. Guests tell us they love having the detached cottage, as it offers couples traveling together much more privacy.

Perfect getaway

The property is beautiful. It was perfect for our family. Our two daughters had their own space in the cottage while we were able to congregate as a family around the pool or in the main house.

Once in a lifetime trip

We had an incredible time! The private pool was outstanding. If you do not mind a short walk you are blocks away from Duval. We had on and off weather but access to our own private pool made the trip.

A paradise like no other.

True Oasis!

The name perfectly describes this space, an OASIS. When coming back here from the busy Duvaul Street it is a welcoming pleasure to relax in the pool and unwind with soft sounds of the waterfall while enjoying the lush greenery. Will be staying here again!

Great place to stay in Key West!!!!!

This was a very nice house with everything you needed. Location was perfect - fat enough from the noise and tourist areas but close enough to walk wherever you wanted to go. Very clean and well-stocked. I would highly recommend KWO. I have been to Key West many times and this was by far the best stay.

Fantastic vacation home!

Everything about this vacation home is top shelf! We loved the beautiful décor, well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms--we had everything we needed for a GREAT week in Key West. We loved the quiet street, yet within a 5 minute walk of a small grocery store, restaurants and liquor store. The patio and pool are absolutely stunning--on most days of our week we opted to stay in and enjoy drinks poolside vs. heading out to the fun that brought us to Key West in the first place! We enjoyed this home so much that we booked it for next year!

Great Property!

Key West Oasis was nothing short of perfect! We had one little maintenance hiccup on day one. But not to worry- It was taken care of IMMEDIATELY! The service and communication were spot on! the property was immaculately clean. The main area of Duval Street was about 8-9 blocks away. So very convenient. We would definately stay here again.

Paradise Found!

KWO is truly paradise. The house is amazing. The pool is to die for. Kim was wonderful to work with. The house is convenient for the grocery store and the all important Old Town liquor store. An oasis in paradise!

Key West Oasis is truly that --- an oasis! The place was beautiful, peaceful and a wonderful place to get away. We were traveling with another couple, so the separate cottage was perfect. Everything was great from the beginning of planning our trip. Kim is wonderful to work with and Gary is absolutely a great host upon arrival. He was very helpful in informing us of nearby conveniences and recommending some great restaurants. Oasis made our stay extra special, and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful and Relaxing

The property is exactly as described and as illustrated by online photos. All the other online reviews confirm that this place is simply wonderful, clean and perfect for couples. We spent most of our time enjoying the secluded pool and patio. The owner was accommodating and responsive. The property manager was prompt and a pleasure to meet with upon our arrival. Our stay was relaxing and everything we hoped for. We would absolutely consider staying at KWO again in the future.

Happy family get away

My husband and I joined our son (US Navy) and daughter-in-law for a workweek get away. Arrived on Monday afternoon and departed Saturday morning. Everything was cozy and comfortable. Cooking was easy and lots of room to rest, play cards, enjoy sips by the pool and just relax. Nice place to spend family time with each couple having their own private space. Would do again, but a different time of year.

What a great home to stay in while you’re enjoying Key West. Looks just like the pictures you see on the website. Very clean, very charming. Great kitchen, we cooked dinner every night there. Neat quiet neighborhood if you enjoy sleeping at night lol! Still close to town. My favorite bar, Don’s dive bar right around the corner. Please don’t hesitate to book this property. You won’t be disappointed!

Paradise Found

We recently returned from seven glorious days at the Key West Oasis. The property is beautiful and truly felt like our home away from home. The decorating touches are perfect and reflect the fun, carefree and colorful attitude that is Key West. We especially loved the pool and lanai areas, and the cottage in back with the outdoor shower. The kitchen is well-equipped beyond the essentials and the gas grill was put to good use. The Key West Oasis lives up to the pictures we saw online. We have already recommended the property to friends and we will return.

Perfect house!!

Stunning home in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to most everything or just a short bike ride. The house is stocked with all necessities and more! The only issue with the house is it is too nice. We didn't want to leave. 🙂
