Staying at Lucy’s Place was like staying at a friend’s beloved cottage. You would never know that pets have visited because it was so clean. The proximity to the beach was perfect for lots of time by the water with an easy walk to use the bathroom or grab snacks. The deck was perfect for evening sitting and cocktails or morning coffee and listening to the birds. The indoor shower temperature and pressure was excellent. It was a little too early in the season to brave the outdoor shower but it’s another plus! I slept through the night both nights in the extremely comfortable bed, which is a rarity for me!We will definitely check Lucy’s Place availability for future trips to Ptown!
Just steps from the beach and location is so close to center of town. Lucy’s Place was perfect for our family getaway with our pup. Very clean and description is accurate. Will definitely visit again.
Beautiful, clean and cozy spot right by the beach!! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and we had a wonderful stay at Lucy’s Place. Excellent location, short distance from town. Our dog absolutely loved the space, too! Brendan and Mita were very communicative when needed, and otherwise left us to enjoy ourselves. Great spot overall!
Great spot, exactly as described. Super clean, easy walk to the beach, 2 parking spots. Great spot for having you pet with you if needed. We would absolutely rent again!
This was our 6th year returning to Lucy's (or Macy's) Place, so let that speak for itself.Wonderful stay in a charming cottage steps from the dunes, and a privilege to have the dogs with us.Thank you Brendan!
Excellent location. Had everything we needed for our stay with family and dog. Were two minutes from the dog friendly beach. Short drive to downtown area parking was easy for two cars. Nice and clean would stay again. Highly recommend
House was inviting. Clean. Well equipped. Great location. Very peaceful. Loved that we could bring our dog with us. Beach was beautiful and town center is a quick car ride or bike ride away. Would definitely recommend.
House was lovely.Property is in great location with quick and easy access to incredibly friendly dog beach. If you have a dog, you travel with this is a fantastic option. Our host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs.
We stayed at Lucy's place and loved it. The cottage was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was ideal and we look forward to our next stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at Lucy's place. It was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach and we appreciated the supplied linens, beach chairs, and basic supplies that made the stay even easier!
Relaxing, restorative stay with easy access to nature --the beaches, trails, and shops. Enjoyed the quiet warmtn of the September sun. Loved the outdoor shower!
The cottage was spotless and the check in was super easy. Brendan was very responsive and the property had everything we needed. The short walk to the bayside beach was perfect and it was very dog friendly. We would love to stay here again.

Hi Ann. Thanks for choosing to stay with us! Have a great rest of your winter. We hope to see you down the road.
Loved this cottage- just a quick walk to the beach. Quiet at night but close enough to the fun in PTown. We had plenty of room for our family of four plus our dog and hope to return next year!
Our stay at the cottage was lovely. It is a sweet little summer house, only three minutes walk to the beach. My family enjoyed it!

About the host
Hosted by Brendan
I grew up on the cape in Brewster. After leaving the cape for college and then meeting my wife, we decided to move back to the cape to settle down and raise a family. So with our english bulldog Lucy in tow we headed back to the cape in the summer of 2006. We settled in Brewster. We now have two children. My wife is a practicing physician in the area and I am a practicing stay at home dad to my kids and bulldog.
Why they chose this property
We just love this home. Cool summer breezes, summer fun in the air, beach time, flip flops, pet friendly, and all the amenities a cape cod beach home should have. Just outside of town so you can relax and head into town easily for some fun!
