*IMPORTANT: The driveway can hold up to 3 vehicles(depending on the size). Please understand the neighborhood does NOT allow street or yard parking or parking over the sidewalk. The guest will be responsible for any parking citations issued during their stay.

The entire house and backyard will be available for exclusive use.

The check-in time might be at 4 PM if guests are checking out the same day. In order to arrive at a clean and sanitized home we asked that you be understanding of this for your health and safety. You will receive advance notice if the regular check-in time has changed.

*IMPORTANT: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time out of respect for neighbors and other guests. No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Guests will be responsible for any citations issued for noise complaints during their stay.

Great stay at a large and clean home. The po was great and the beach was a minute walk! We were very close to town and many great restaurants. I’d stay here again for sure. The host was very responsive and great to work with. The iguanas in the back yard are our favorite part!

As a previous VRBO owner, I look for a vacation rental in a nice location that is clean, well equipped, and with a responsive host. The location was perfect walkable to the beach down the street. The house was decorated very coastal. And the host was the most responsive we’ve ever encountered and we appreciate that!

the house was in poor condition, several missing light bulbs,door handles hanging loose from the doors , closet doors off their tracks,one of the toilets flush mechanism was broke , a bag over one of the smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms , there was coffee grounds left in the coffee maker that was molded . The pool area needed to be cleaned and the poole water was below the skimmer so wasn’t working there animal poop pool . definitely not what you would expect for the price .

The owner is responsive and the location is perfect. Bring your own beach chairs. The sand chairs at the house are old and rusted. The closet doors are broken and you can’t get in to both sides of closet because of that.The outside patio is great but the chairs are in dire need of new cushions.Set the AC at any temp but by 1:00 am it’s back to 77 degrees. But this really only seemed to be uncomfortable in the only. Bedroom without a fan.The back master bedroom does not have central AC but a very loud wall unit. 2 of us shared a bed in the other master bedroom due to the noisy AC.The dining area and living room are lovely. Very easy walk to beach!

Our host was extremely welcoming and had exceptional communication. The house was beautiful, well maintained, comfortable, and decorated nicely. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen that had everything needed to cook a nice dinner. Our kids played ping-pong and pool for hours. It was great being located just steps from the beach, and having our own private pool!

I booked this for my sister's bachelorette. The location was perfect. It was walkable to the beach and a short uber to the local bars and restaurants. The house had a couple issues however the host was quick to fix those for us. I would stay there again.

Perfect location 2min walk to the beach. Really enjoyed my stay and I would book again. The host was very accommodating. Property could have used face towels. Dishes were in the dishwasher at arrival. The pool had a lot of leaves. And the pool room toilet was having problems flushing and Running water.

Very Good Communication and Flexibility. Great location

This property had an amazing location not even a block away from the beach. Beds were comfortable and the kids love the ping-pong and pool table. Host was very accommodating, allowing for early check-in/out along with instructions. Pool needed a bit of a skim, but other than that, we had a great time.

Great memories

Amazing memories were made here. The property is just as it looks. The rocker chairs are the best thing ever. Right on the beach. Only con I would say is that the noise complaint level at night is pretty easy to break. So if you are outside late at night just make sure you aren’t playing any music or anything. Other than that it has been really amazing.!! Would recomend!!

Was not what we expected. Drive way could not hold 2 vehicles sufficiently. Was not top notch clean not even sure bed sheets were clean. Hair and dirt in lots of places. Needs work! And a lot of stuff needs to be updated and fixed. Pool was dirty. A lot of stuff broken. We did stay and made the best of our stay. Beach was a little trip to carry your chair etc. Road crossing busy to get to beach. Would be second choice to go back.

Overall good but with issues

Overall the star was good but there were several issues. First, the pool was very dirty and situated the pump was not working to clean it. Second, there was a clump of hair stick on the couch. Third, all of the outdoor towels were damp or wet and no towels were set out for showers. The location though is great with less than a five minute walk to the ocean. Multiple restaurants were within a mile or two.
