Rooms were clean, kitchen was roomy and had a lot of spices already which made cooking much easier. The outdoor patio was awesome, and the fire pit and grill combo made for fun evenings and nice outdoor cooking. Special shoutout to the hosts for providing firewood and keeping it covered so the rain didn’t dampen our fun!

Lovely cottage, immaculate, peaceful and beautifully appointed. It worked perfectly for us along with our son, DIL and their baby. Very cute little place!

We had a fantastic stay at the lake house. The place was spotless and had everything we could ever need. The host David, was great to communicate with. He messaged me throughout the week prior to check in and then the day before checkout. We did not have any issues so there was no need for us to reach out but I’m sure he would have gotten right back to us if we needed anything. The house was very cozy and had three bedrooms. My friends and I booked it for a lazy reading weekend and we definitely took advantage of the enclosed porch. It was so relaxing hanging out there while it rained. There was darts and other games available to play and a nice fire pit. Really it was everything we could need and more. We plan on coming back during the summer. It will be nice to walk down to the beach and then come back and sit around the fire. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and I highly recommend staying here.

The house is so beautiful and gorgeous, it has everything you need that you can imagine. We stayed for a parents gateway and we had a good time, the fire pit in the back is nice at night and even the wood is provided. We had a wine bottle and we forgot the wine opener and when we checked they had one there. It was so impressive clean and neat really beautiful. It has two rooms upstairs but we didn’t slept on those but in a next time we wanna go with the girls and I know they gonna like it. We walked to the lake it took us less than 10 minutes. And in the back porch you will have everything to have a good time at the lake, chairs and everything for the kids too. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. The house was spotless, beautifully updated, and had everything we could possibly need and more. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable.We had one small hiccup when we arrived because the door code wasn't working, but the host was incredibly responsive. Communication was excellent, and the issue was resolved almost immediately, so it didn't impact our stay at all.Our kids especially loved the bedroom with the three twin beds, and the selection of games was such a thoughtful touch. We had a couple of rainy days during our trip, and having games available kept everyone entertained.Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We would happily stay here again the next time we're in the area.

Great Little House!

My husband and I stayed for a short trip at The Highland House. It was just as the pictures show- very clean, bright, and inviting upon entrance. The house was adorably decorated. The kitchen had all the small appliances you could need, and top notch major appliances. The back deck is so inviting with views of the tall trees- fall colors were beautiful! I spent a lot of time on the boho swing on the back deck. Loved it! The area was mostly quiet- with a little bit of typical neighborhood noise- dogs, lawn mowers, but that was OK bc it felt like you lived there. Lastly, David was great with communications- we texted back and forth a couple times and he always responded quickly. We loved every bit of this area and house- it was so relaxing! I wish we had stayed longer! The
