The home is just as the pictures show; it is warm and inviting on a quiet street near the ocean, downtown Gerhart and the beautiful Gerhart Golf Links. Everything was well presented and prepared for us when we arrived. It fit our needs perfectly. Definitely worth a rerun trip!

Gearhart sanctuary

We loved staying in this comfy cozy home in a beautiful, historic and very serene beach town. The house was fantastic, beds very comfortable, location to cannon beach, seaside and Astoria was perfect. We loved walking over to By the Way for coffee and doughnuts. And sandwiches from gearhart market were delicious and huge!

Great Little Getaway

Very cute house and perfect for a family vacation to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to walk around. Close to downtown and a quick drive to seaside. Would definitely stay here again.

A very cute, quaint rental that was exactly as advertised! Reservations, payment, check in/out processes were easy and communication regarding the property was simple and stress free. Would definitely stay there again!

Warm, well appointed home, amenities included!

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at the beautiful beach adjacent home in safe friendly neighborhood. We cooked and grated without exception the mentors met our needs. Kitchen table could seat 8 and we tended to fires every evening. It was a great stay that we will repeat!

Superb!

Wonderful!!! Peaceful, clean, well equipped, perfect location, five-minute walk to ocean, great beds and shower. The owner was a phone call away to answer questions to help with a TV problem. Make sure you go to the Pacific Bakery for breakfast and the Pacific Cafe for dinner. Wonderful food.

Beautiful home in a lovely place

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 children) enjoyed our stay immensely. The home is new and beautiful, and is a short walk to one of the widest, uncrowded beaches in the area. We enjoyed exploring the area, including Ft. Clatsop in Astoria (about 20 mins away), Cannon Beach (15 mins), Hug Point (20 mins), and Tillamook (1 hour). The "town" of Gearhart is very small and quiet -- mostly homes and a few restaurants, including the Pacific Way Cafe, which is 5-star delicious. I would stay here again, and I would recommend it to others.

Beautiful decoration

We really enjoyed the open spacing and the organization of the house. We did have tonre wash the glassware as our first 4 glasses we grabbed from drawer were not cleaned. The counter top island was definitely not wiped clean. But we found enough sanitizer spray to do a good scrub. The bedrooms were comfortable. We woll be bacl again for another stay.

Quiet and comfortable accommodations

Very lovely and clean home. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.Kitchen had ample supplies: cooking and baking equipment, plates, utensils, etc, so we did not have to run the dishwasher after each meal. Be sure to bring ice - the fridge does not have an icemaker and there are no ice trays. Beds were comfortable. Showers /bathrooms were very clean and had good water pressure. Wood burning fireplace was very nice as was the available wood. Really close to Seaside for day visit, but nice to return to a quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach was nice and easy, however the house is not beachfront nor does it have a view of the beach. Lovely lawn/garden area, enjoyed having my coffee on the front porch as the sun came up! We would rent this house again.
