Great location for large groups like ours, with family coming from all over the place to attend an awesome wedding. Quality time with my siblings in quality accommodations. Hard to beat a full bathroom for every bedroom. Very nice neighborhood, with plenty of things to do nearby.

Everything about the property was a 10/10! The cleanliness, the comfort of the home, the communication with the host. AllInstructions were clear. The kitchen had all the amenities and the house was well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and with very comfortable beds. Best dog friendly vacation rental we’ve ever been at. This is definitely one to save for future travels to the area. The location was perfect!

Fantastic property. We thoroughly enjoyed both the inside (impeccably furnished and thoughtfully furnished) and the outside (what a beautiful setting with grill, overhead heating, lighting, and seating). Really an exceptionally property. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the timely and nice communications with the owner/host. He was always accommodating and continuously asked if there was anything else he could do to make our stay fun. We used VRBO every year for the past 4 or 5 years and I would say this was the best property/home we stayed in for the reasons above. For dog owners, this property would be perfect for you.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a large group. Kitchen, patio, basement, and master bedroom were amazing. The hosts provided a lot and were responsive and accommodating to anything we needed.

The house was excellent with everything clean and easy to access. This was a family vacation and having the 5 bedrooms and baths made it so convenient for all of us. It was a great kitchen with everything we needed. The host was responsive when we had questions and sent us to wonderful places to eat and see. The patio was so lovely and a great place to hang out together. The house was close to many things including being able to walk to restaurants. We definitely would return here again.

Simply Stellar. This is my second stay at this property, and I think the only repeat VRBO stay I've had. Property management is over-the-top fantastic with communication, flexibility, and making the stay wonderful. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is stocked with every pan, utensil, and spice you could ever want to cook with. Very clean, very modern, has a gym, incredible location near all types of amenities. Simply stellar.

Boulder weekend

Amazing house, exceeded our expectations! Margarita was a “Super Host”. 14 minutes from downtown Boulder, wonderful home to come back to after a day of hiking, golf & shopping!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for my extended family coming together from both coasts for a Life Celebration of a beloved Colorado family member. It's close to hiking, and lovely towns with great restaurants and shopping - but you could just as easily stay in your entire visit! The layout offers both easy togetherness and retreat. The house is beautifully decorated and has added touches of whimsy to make you smile. Everything you need to be comfortable has been thoughtfully offered. Wonderful, thoughtful, responsive Hosts!

Wonderful well-equipped home

What a great home. It's well-stocked like you can live there; plenty of kitchen equipment like it's your own home. Nice upgrade fixtures, furnishings, and trim in the home. Property manager was incredibly responsive and attentive to a minor maintenance issue. Touches like fresh flowers make the management team of this property first rate. I hope to stay here again.

Great for a college reunion

Our group of five couples, all in our 70’s, had our annual college reunion In Lafayette, and we were delighted with all aspects of the rental. THE HOUSE: We used all 5 bedrooms; each comfortable with en-suite bath. The master bedroom on the second floor is extra spacious; the three additional second floor bedrooms comfortable; the fifth, smaller, bedroom is in the basement level, next to the large rec room with projector TV, golf simulator, and exercise room. The first floor is spacious, with multiple conversation/gathering areas. There was plenty of glasses, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils for our group. We used and enjoyed the hot tub; we sat around the gas fire pit in the evening, and the outdoor table off the kitchen. Again, there were plenty of chairs and configurations for small groups as well as for all 10 of us. Parking was easy, with room for three cars in the driveway plus on-street parking. LOCATION: Great access to Louisville, Boulder, Denver, airport. We walked at Waneka Lake and Walden Ponds; visited Teocalli, the Read Queen, and Stam Chocolate in Lafayette; toured Liberty Puzzles in Boulder – all 20 minutes or less from the house. HOST: Fernando was extraordinary. He answered messages almost instantly, attended quickly to a couple of missing items, provided an introductory video for an easy move-in. One small plumbing issue was addressed within an hour; our group was treated with respect and immediate attention at all times.

The house was so roomy and very, very nice! Worked very well for our family of 8, grandparents, parents and 2 grandchildren. We enjoyed the golf simulator and the hot tub. The house was stocked with more paper products and kitchen utensils than any house I have ever stayed in. Everything we needed and more was available. Fernando was a great host, he checked that everything was good and responded so quickly to all of our questions. The location worked very well for us. We loved the restaurants and brewery that were all in walking distance and the neighborhood was great too. Also, very close to Boulder and took two day trips to Estes Park / Rocky Mountain National Park, which were wonderful places to visit!I highly recommend this home for a wonderful family vacation!!

The photos don’t capture every detail, but they reflect the comfort, happiness, and lifelong memories our family made here. This home was perfect for our family during our daughter’s wedding weekend. Fernando and Margarita went above and beyond by arranging early check-in and welcoming us with a thoughtful handwritten note. The bridal party prepared for the bachelorette celebrations here, and we enjoyed relaxing family time away from the wedding bustle. The kitchen, patio, hot tub, and recreation area offered wonderful spaces to connect and celebrate. I even had space to finish potting the plants for the ceremony. Conveniently close to Indian Peaks Golf Course, a few family members got to enjoy a round of golf. Most importantly, the spacious primary suite and patio were ideal for the bridal party to gather and get ready on the wedding day. The sunny living area also provided a private setting for the bride’s emotional first look with her dad—one of the weekend’s most memorable moments. The backyard was a beautiful backdrop for bridal party photos and special wedding-day memories. Although we didn’t bring our dog due to our busy schedule, the pet-friendly touches made us wish we had. The home was spotless, showed no signs of wear, and included conveniences for traveling with a pet. Even though we live just over an hour away, we’d happily stay again. The photos don’t capture every detail, but they reflect the comfort, happiness, and lifelong memories our family made here.
