Karen was terrific at communication about our stay, and that set the tone for a great experience. The townhome is well equipped with everything you'll need, the kitchen is great, and the rooms cozy. And having two full baths is a hugeplus.

The house is immaculate and very comfortable. Karen was a wonderful host and very quick to respond to messages. She made sure we were well taken care of. The neighborhood was safe and was in a very accessible location to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

The basics - communication was accurate and timely, everything was clean & well organized, home was quiet and comfortable, rooms were spacious, host was tremendous! Definitely recommend.The extras - location is great, minutes from I-35 and easy to access all of Austin, back deck was secluded and peaceful, area was walkable and neighborhood quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Came for ACL and found this gem of a townhome. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms and definitely had welcoming vibes. Backyard area was fantastic for hanging out and grilling. Location was on point, near downtown and short drive to ACL. Communication with host was amazing. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Austin.
