The condo was lovely but it was unfortunate the grill they advertise that was provided did not work...We were ready to grill burgers n hotdogs and when the time came to turn it on the knobs were rusted over and we couldn't even turn it on! we called the number provided and they said they would send someone over the next day, the night before we were schedule to leave the AC stop working... this was very disappointing, I called again and they sent someone to reset the AC and it worked for a couple of hours and we went to bed with the temperature being 78 degrees and woke up to it being 78 in the condo.. I had to open the front door to let the cool air in since it was cooler in the hallways than in the condo. Someone came a 2nd time to reset & flush it out but by that time it was time for us to check out. The condo was nice we just wish the amenities would have worked...advice to the next family is ask questions about the AC and if you plan on grilling make sure what they provide works...they did let us bring our own beach chairs which was a plus.

Wonderful condo - very clean, nicely furnished and great views in 3 directios!We had small issues with electric shades and air conditioning that were rapidly and professionally handed by Franke Management. The Sapphire is a beautiful building with wonderful amenities. Their personnel are friendly and helpful. However, there are very strict rules, particularly about any guests or parties. We had to wear wrist bands 24/7 to enter the building or use facilities.
