Welcome to your home base in Mammoth Lakes! This multi-level townhouse sleeps up to 12 and puts you within a short drive of Mammoth Mountain, The Village, and Eagle Lodge.



The Space:

Settle into a spacious, comfortable townhouse designed for groups and families. With 4 bedrooms—each with a private bathroom—plus a den and a loft, everyone has room to spread out and relax.

On the main level, the primary suite offers a king bed, a 42" flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace, and a spa-like ensuite with a jetted tub, glass walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Head downstairs to three guest bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The lower-level family room/den features a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV, and it opens to a deck with a BBQ for easy alfresco meals. A dedicated laundry room with a private washer and dryer adds everyday convenience.



Upstairs, the loft is a fun hangout with two twin sofa sleepers and a foosball table—great for movie nights and game time. Entertainment is easy with flat-screen TVs and a DVD player.

Important Things to Note

• Stairs: This is a multi-level home and stairs are required.

• Parking: Parking for up to 4 vehicles—2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block neighboring units.

• WiFi & cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, internet speed and reliability—as well as cell service—can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of pets is found.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
