Welcome to our Mammoth home! You will love the ski-in/ski-out access of this home. No hassles with driving to the slopes or trying to find parking, just grab your skis or snowboard and you are on the slopes within minutes from your front door. When you are not skiing, you will love the amenities this home offers. The open floor plan, large chefs’ kitchen, espresso machine, pool table, video games, TVs, game table, fireplace, outdoor firepit, and private jacuzzi gives you and your family the perfect environment for creating great memories and fun. With 5 bedrooms (including 2 master suites) this home is perfect for sharing with family and friends. This is truly the most desirable rental in all of Mammoth.
As you enter the house, the inviting foyer provides a comfortable place to remove your coats and shoes. Four of the five bedrooms are also on the entry level. Bedroom 1 is the lower master suite with a king bed, en suite bath with two sinks and large walk-in shower and heated floors; Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom with a queen bed, fold-away bunk beds and en suite bath with walk-in shower and heated floors. This bedroom also has a step down sitting area/media room with a 55” TV, perfect place for the kids or the entire family to hangout and watch a movie (with both a queen bed and two twin beds as well as a sitting area, this room can make a great family or kids suite); Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and attached Jack/Jill full bath with two sinks and heated floors; and Bedroom 4 has two trundle beds (4 twin beds) and attached Jack/Jill full bath with two sinks and heated floors (Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the jack/Jill bathroom).
The upper master suite, kitchen, great room, dining area, hot tub, and two decks are all on the second level. Bedroom 5 is the upper master suite with a king bed, and large en suite full bath with separate tub and walk-in shower, water-closet, and heated stone floors. The rest of the second level is a spacious open floor plan designed for entertaining and socializing. Family and friends can be together and enjoy each other's company whether eating, cooking, playing pool, watching a movie or playing games. The living room has wood floors, 55” TV, surround sound system, massive fireplace, pool table, 21 game arcade table with all your favorite old-time games, and an original Ms. Pac-Man arcade machine. The kitchen/dining area is completely open to the living room and has seating for 14 (6 at kitchen island and 8 at dining room table). The state of the art chef’s kitchen has heated stone floors, stainless steel built-in appliances, two copper sinks, dishwasher, new built-in Sub-Zero French door refrigerator, new Wolf double ovens, warming drawer and bar area. Two huge outdoor decks are also on the second level, one with a gas barbecue grill and the other with a large spa tub overlooking the ski run and Crowley Lake basin.
There is parking for up to 4 cars, two in the driveway and two in the larger 2-car garage. The garage also has ski/snow board storage, area to put on boots, and EV Level 2 charger. Please note there is no street parking and no more than 4 cars are permitted to park on the property.
We are happy to share our Mammoth home with respectful guests that will appreciate this luxurious, well maintained property. This is a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed. Renter (responsible party on contract) must be 30 years or older.
Please note Chair 15 at Eagle Lodge must be open for ski-in/ski out access. Please check with the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area to confirm opening/closing dates for Eagle Lodge. Lupin Ski Run (chair 15) is approximately 75 yards from the house. There are two paths from the house to access the slopes. Depending on the amount of snow and path available, the walk from the house to the slopes is 1-3 minutes. Please see Ski Run Access map in photos.

This property is a legal rental. Most single family homes in Mammoth are prohibited from offering nightly rentals. Best host great house!We had the most amazing time- 3 families - perfection. The house was perfectly outfitted with everything we need. A quick walk to the bottom of eagle run. Beautiful views.
This was our second time staying at this house, and it was just as great as the first. The home is spacious, comfortable, and very well-suited for a large group. The layout makes it easy for everyone to gather while still offering plenty of room to spread out. It truly fits the bill for hosting a bigger group. The location is A, and the host is responsive, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with.
Probably the nicest rental property we have ever stayed at (and we stay at a lot of these rentals). House was clean, well taken care of, and spacious. Even the beds were super comfortable! Something I have NEVER experienced at these rentals. The front/back yards were also huge and the kids played outside in the snow for hours. We always go on these trips with the same 3 families and we all joked that our standards have been raised and now we can never stay at a house that isn't as nice as this one. We will definitely book again when we come back to Mammoth.
I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve stayed at Brad’s place but always so great! I will say one of the mattresses on the downstairs bed needs to be rotated or replaced, but regardless, we always love being in Brad’s lovely home, and he’s a wonderful host!

This is our 2nd year to enjoy this awesome home with our “Posse of 12” which includes 3 generations and like last year we had a Blast. We’ve tried different homes in Mammoth and Big Bear and nothing comes close to this one for our family. Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your home.
Really good layout of home and slope access was good as well. Responsive owner when needed and everything was just as advertised. We will absolutely be returning to this home.
The home was absolutely fantastic. From the access to the slope, the short drive to the village, and a the sleds to play with the kids. The size of the home was perfect for my family and friends. The pool table was so much fun when we stayed in, and tHe comfy sofa with the fireplace was so relaxing. And the hot tub sealed the deal. Would definitely book again!

This is the second time we've stayed here, and it was just as awesome as we had remembered. We could easily fit a group of 7. The kitchen and main living area allows everyone to comfortably hang out and cook together. The proximity to Eagle lodge makes this an ideal location for hitting the slopes.I could not recommend this property more!

The home made our stay in Mammoth extra special. The host seemed to have thought of everything. Great location, easy communications with the host, 10 of us fit very comfortable. Kitchen and dining area were perfect and well stocked with dishes, cups, and utensils. The hot tub was an extra bonus. The house manual had all the instructions we needed. Walking to the lifts was pretty effortless. As they point out, it can get icy in front of the home, even though all the streets were dry. It is shady there so the snow/ice never melts, so be cautious driving up to the driveway. Plenty of board/ski storage in the garage was nice with benches to sit and put on boots. This is an exquisite lodge, all prepped in advance for our visit. It really made our family stay something special.
This is our 3rd year here and won’t be our last. The property owner and manager are great, and the property itself is perfect for a large family ski trip. The home truly feels like home to us - warm, comfortable, well-appointed, secluded and yet super convenient to get on the mountain. Great for adults and kids, and most importantly for lasting memories. No need for us to explore other options - already looking forward to next year!

Our “Posse of 12” had a Fantastic time enjoying Mammoth and the awesome place we stayed in. The ability to ski in and out helped so much with getting the grandkids into ski school at Eagle Lodge. The house worked out great as far as bedrooms, spacious kitchen, Hot Tub, Pac Man, and Pool Table. We will definitely come back next year.

The house is just as advertised. Wonderfully situated a few steps from the mountain. And a short drive to town. Everything was in great working order. And the house was generously flourished and equipped for maximum comfort and fun. I'd stay here again any time. The kids loved it. the grown ups loved it. The whole process was frictionless. I couldn't be happier.

Plenty of room for our family of three generations. Large great room to be together.Getting to the slopes is harder than it looks on the map. Because of the build-up of snow the walk is not a straight shot. You have to walk on the street around to where the houses line the slopes then climb up a hill and hike through deep snow, not easy. Besides that challenge everything was great.

The access easement is maintained by our community and should have been shoveled, sounds like that didn't happen during your stay, Thank you for the feedback and I'll definitely look into why it wasn't maintained.
We were fortunate enough to stay in this terrific home during the mother of all storms. What a fantastic place to be holed up for a couple of days while waiting for the blizzard to subside. The home has everything you could want or need; the owner has a personal interest in your experience; the personal touches are thoughtful; and the location is ideal (although with that much snow the easements that provide access to the mountain were pretty inaccessible). We had an amazing time as a family in this home (and on the mountain once the skies parted). This home is everything it’s represented to be, and the personal touches take it to another level. Rent with confidence and enjoy!
Probably my favorite vacation stay I’ve ever had. Everything about the listing was spot on. The house was fantastic, spacious, and had great little features (night lights, heated floors, bidet, comfy beds, hot tub). The kitchen gets its own callout as it was spacious and had everything. It created the perfect environment to enjoy our house instead of going out. We brought in a private chef to cook one night, and cooked ourselves for another.Prior to the trip one of my friends was worried about house activities. Between the Pac-Man, Pool Table, Chess, and Board games there was no shortage of entertainment. Brad was so communicative. Lastly, the mountain access was the cherry on top. 1000% would stay again.
We had a great experience at the property. We are a group of friends from 37 to 47 and have been doing an annual ski trip for years. This location is a quick walk in ski boots to the slopes, but more affordable than the houses directly on the run. It was really nice to have 3 fully private en-suite bedrooms for couples. There were some classy, extra touches as well. The surround sound throughout the house was great, EV chargers, heated floor in the primary bedroom, complimentary coffee and cookies with a handwritten note, and in 6 years I’ve never seen heated pads/pathway to a hot tub! No slipping or freezing feet. The upstairs had a really nice flow between the kitchen, living room and pool table area. We had a slight maintenance issue with the garage keypad due to freezing temps, but the owner was super communicative and had it fixed very quickly. Would stay again!!!!
