Beautiful Clinton Hill House

Enjoy beautiful wood floors and white walls and gorgeous sunlight all day long. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, an outdoor deck with stairs accessing garden, AC, window seat, modern kitchen with Viking oven and stove top and Bosch dishwasher in the center of one of Brooklyn's most beautiful Brownstone neighborhoods.

One Queen and 3 double beds sleep 8 comfortably. We do provide an air mattress for one extra guest. the bedrooms are all master size. There is one bedroom with an ensuite bath. A second bedroom has a newly renovated private bath with marble slab shower and walnut counter tops next door. The two big third floor bedrooms share a full size bath with large tub and shower.

The outdoor deck provides both an area for grilling and dining as well as additional space for reading/lounging space.
