The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg and seven miles from Busch Gardens. The resort has a friendly staff that is available 24/7. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a king size bed, the third bedroom has a king size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

This was a great stay for my family! The free arcade and mini golf were an absolute hit for my kids! There were so many kid friendly activities for my kids to choose from (aged 9&11). The amenities were awesome! The staff did attempt to get me to attend one of their Time Share presentations, but I was unable to join and was not interested. With just one firm "no thank you" they left me alone. The host was super responsive and the resort connected me regularly throughout my stay to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything. We will definitely look forward to staying here again when we return to Williamsburg!

We were in town for a funeral over New Years. While we weren't in town for a great reason, this property allowed for relaxing, hosting guests, and being nearby family which made the trip the best it could be. Will absolutely stay here again when we visit Williamsburg.

The resort is clean. The amenities are very nice and accurately represented. The people we rented from were courteous and organized. This is a timeshare. When you get there be ready for an aggressive, well rehearsed, high pressure sales pitch from Wyndham time shares. It’s part of “getting you your room keys and making sure you know what there is to do.” The people we rented from warned us, so we were able to walk away from it quickly. But Wyndham doesn’t make it easy.

Wonderful Family Vacation Week!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite with our son and grandchildren over the July 4th week. The suite was roomy, comfortable, and fully stocked with amenities. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchnette which saved money on eating out. Beds were comfortable and the suites were clean. The resort amenities were fantastic--the outdoor pools are kid friendly, DJ music on the patio was fun on the holiday. We played mini-golf and the kids loved the arcade and movie theater. The resort gave us a list of community events and nearby attractions which we relied on to plan our week and keep the kids occupied. Anytime we needed something extra, the resort staff was super friendly, courteous and accomodating. We've stayed in various resorts and hotels during our bimonthly bisits to Virginia Beach and Williamsburg and this was our favorite by far. We will be back!
