San Carlos 402 is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath condominium offering an amazing Gulf-front view from the 4th floor.



• Enjoy direct balcony access from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• Vinyl plank flooring is featured throughout the unit.



• The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats six, with an additional four barstools at the kitchen counter.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The living area has a sofa sleeper.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• The second bedroom features two full-size beds.



• Skip the long lines - this unit offers keyless entry for seamless check-in and check-out.



• A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Parking passes must be purchased at the front desk on the 3rd floor for $50 each, plus tax. STARTING JANUARY 1, 2027, parking passes will be $60 each, plus tax. Passes are valid for a maximum of 30 days.



• Per the San Carlos HOA: The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and remain onsite for the entire stay. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, as mandated by the San Carlos Board of Directors.

We loved this condo! Great location and even better views! This condo is located right next to the jet ski, banana boat and parasailing rental. Walking distance to almost everything. We had a blast and will be back!!

The condo was great! Especially loved the dining table on the balcony. Getting the parking pass was a little confusing, there wasn’t someone at the main desk when we first got there but there was a system to make a pass yourself. That system was sort of confusing, but before I had much time to mess with it someone came into the office and quickly got us settled. Getting into the actual condo was easy! Loved the location as well, it was close to the main stretch of restaurants and shops, but also a short drive to Orange Beach. All around a great trip!

The place was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of pillows and bath towels. We really enjoyed the view and sounds of the waves from our balcony. Location was great for walking or driving short distances. Thankyou!

First time at gulf shores. This was one of the best condos I have rented. Very roomy, clean and large balcony. Love the furniture on it that I had to go buy a smaller set on my way home. The only issue we had the code to get in stopped working 1 hour before check out. Good thing my husband was still in there went I went out. Parking is 50 per car is my only other issue with the resort.

Once we got in the condo everything was great. Somehow the cleaning of the condo was missed so instead of being able to check in early like the rest of our group we had to wait later in the afternoon before we could get in the condo. This put a little damper on the start of our trip since we weren’t able to clean up before going to dinner for our grandson’s birthday. The condo was nicely furnished and basically had anything we needed.

Nice area, nice condo. Love the view and beach access. The pool however was closed our entire stay. During our visit it was cold and we didn't get much time in the Ocean so the pool would have been nice to use. We did forget some souvenir jewlery in the condo that we were unable to retrieve. All in all we would stay there again happily.

The pictures did not do the property justice! The condo was clean, and the view was amazing! The pool was closed for building maintenance, but we didn't miss it. Everything was well-maintained and made the stay that much better. Everything was within walking distance, and the boardwalk made beach access effortless. We are already planning a return visit to this location for Spring Break next year.
