About this property

Beautiful 1-bedroom apartment overlooking a pond on a 10 acre farm.

Modern 1 bedroom apartment in the lower level of the house, Separate entrance and complete privacy with a comfortable queens ok bed, Full bathroom with a shower, well stocked kitchen and amnesties such as high speed internet, smart TV, AC, and under floor radiant heat. Plenty of closet space. Designated work area with a desk. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful 10 acre farm. You can stroll around the property or fish in our 1 acre pond (catch and release) just bring your own fishing equipment. Picnic table, fire pit stocked with fire wood and gas grill are available for guests. Dog friendly environment (we have our own two dogs upstairs, you may hear them sometimes.) Unfortunately no cats - we are allergic.
We are located in the heart of the Hudson Valley proximally 1 hour 45 min. from NYC and 15-20 min. drive from Beacon train station. The area has a lot to offer culturally as well as seasonal activities such as hiking, fairs and local wineries. We will gladly share information about what's available locally.

The hosts were so kind and the property is beautiful. Lots of hikes, wineries, and breweries nearby. I brought my dog and we had a great time. Definitely plan on returning.

Such a lovely home. So peaceful, quiet, clean, amazing renovation and sooooo much nature near by. Easy 1hr escape from the city and our hosts were tooooooo sweet. Def coming back!!

Very pleasant, clean, spacious, modern and well equipped. The area was attractive and my wife and I enjoyed our strolls around the property. Communication was easy. Our only negatives were the sound of foot traffic coming through the ceiling from the owners dwelling above the apartment and a lack of lighting over the beautifully spacious corner kitchen sink.
