Posh Condo in the Amazing Rail District!

The Railway Retreat, in Mercantile Manor, is the preeminent accommodation in the Fargo-Moorhead/Dilworth area! This beautiful and smartly accommodated unit offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony, a great view of the district, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Parking is available at the rear of the building, for your ease. With plenty to do in The Rail District and the surrounding Fargo-Moorhead area, you’re sure to have an unforgettable time!

The Railway Retreat is a stunning two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and patio. Additionally, feel free to utilize the provided dog bowls for your furry friends!

Access to the unit is exclusively via stairs. On the day of your reservation, I will send you the codes for both the front door and your specific unit.

If you have any questions or needs during your stay, please feel free to message on the Airbnb app or webpage. We will reply as promptly as possible!
We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! To ensure everyone has an amazing experience, here are a few simple guidelines.

1. In compliance with local laws and regulations, no parties or extra guests are allowed. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.

2. For the health and comfort of all our guests, no smoking is allowed indoors. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any smoking in the home, regardless of any damages.

3. In compliance with local regulations and for the comfort of our neighbors, quiet hours are strictly enforced past 10 pm.

4. While we strive to ensure all amenities are available during your stay, mechanical issues can occasionally occur, and we always do our very best to remedy them as quickly as possible. Please report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly. Rest assured that all of our amenities are well maintained and are fully functioning more than 99% of the time!

This was a great place to stay. Cute area with some shops and restaurants. Clean with a very accommodating host. My only complaint would be that the living room furniture was not at all comfortable.

From the ease of checking in and out, to the amount of space we can say this is a property to keep on the list! Comfortable beds are a top priority and they did not disappoint.The kitchen space and supplies made making dinner so easy. The place was cleaned professionally and properly which I really appreciate.I just hope this place will be available for our next trip to the area!

Perfect place to stay

This is a beautiful place to stay. We were not there much due to family holiday but it was quiet when we were. Food and coffee are all within short walking distance. Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Check in and out were super easy.

Great condo

Very new and clean building and unit. Easy parking. The unit is second floor up stairs. Pet friendly. Eldon was very responsive to questions and accommodating. The area is quiet yet there is pizzeria, cafe, deli, sports bar all in same block. Dilworth is about 10-15 min from downtown Fargo.
