Our family of 4 plus Grandpa stayed here for our annual ski trip to Breckenridge. The condo was clean and comfortable and located very close to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. The in-floor heating kept the condo comfortable and the gas fireplace put out a lot of heat, perfect for warming up after a day of skiing. We’d stay here again!

Everything was amazing, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It was much nicer than I expected. My only complaint was that it was difficult to find the condo from the outside in the dark, it was -10 when we rolled into town and once we found the place the door had been double locked from the inside. Once we figured out that we could get in from the patio area all was good. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!
Beautiful setting and spacious accommodation. Flowers, luggage cart next to elevator for upper levels. Ground floor was great with fast wi-fi and cable TV in each room. Plenty of cooking utensils and plates to serve a large group if needed. We also visited Alma and FairPlay due to the close to Hoosier pass location. Hot tub also clear and had easy access rail for guest use. Wildlife also visible from room and parking area. I plan to return again in 2024.

Ok but a few issues
When you check in they give you a checkin sheet and it states there's radient floor heat (no air conditioning) that heats at 1 degree per hour... we were there Friday-Sunday and the master bedroom temperature never made it above 63 deg F. No space heaters only a fire place in the living room - it provided the most heat.
Also the "private hot tub" is a very small 1 person jacuzzi bath tub/shower... a little misleading from the ad.

Thanks for your review. We're sorry the temperature didn't get to your desired level, we'll be sure to check out that everything's working properly. We are also around 7 days a week if guests need items such as space heaters. While this condo had a private hot tub more than a year ago, there is no where in the listing that states there's a private hot tub here, we're sorry for any confusion. There is access to a brand new community hot tub in the same building though for those post-ski soaks!
PROS: The communication with the property manager was great. The condo was easy to find and had a convenient back porch that we used the whole time to head to the mountain or car. All appliances were working and kitchen was fully stocked. We didn't do much cooking - but it met our needs. It was also nice that we did not need to get toilet paper or dish detergent for the stay. Often with VRBOs, we end up getting to much of that stuff for a short stay. The biggest PRO was the walk to the mountain. We used Charter ski rental at base of the Marriot Residence (and on the way to the lift from our walk) for our ski rentals and they allowed us to store our gear daily. So we had a nice 7-8 minute walk to our gear and and then another 2 minute walk carrying our stuff to the Quicksilver lift. This made it so much easier without having to lug our gear and our kids gear. The personal hot tub was also great. It's a short walk to the community hot tub, we felt it was nearly as hot as the patio hot tub at our own condo.
CONS: You do have to check-in with a separate location and use a key for the condo. After a long day of travel, it would have been nice to just head straight to the listing. I know this sound picky, but a key code is so much easier when you already have so much stuff to keep track of when skiing. Another HUGE CON, the condo smelled like stale smoke when we walked in. It was apparent that a previous tenant was smoking near or inside the condo - as there were cigarette butts all around the patio area. The inside stale smoke smell never went away. The lobby and "game room" photos are in a separate building from Corral S. There are multiple buildings that share one game room. Maybe that's clear and I misunderstood, but I thought that was in our building where our kids could hang.
Overall, the location to Peak 9 & Quicksilver made it worth it.
The condo was clean. Downtown Breck was a short walk away. The major downside was that the king bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress was as hard as sleeping on the carpeted floor. And that’s coming from someone that likes a firm mattress. It was also very bouncy, so my husband woke me up anytime he would roll over. We would not consider staying here again unless the bed was replaced. The management company was easy to work with and friendly.
This was our first snowboard trip to Breckenridge. The unit provided an ideal location between the mountain and lifts as well was shopping and dining on main street. It came well equipped to cook meals which we did over the half the time. The table and living room area were a great size for family game nights. The beds were comfortable and plenty of storage for clothes. We were not expecting a washer and dryer in unit which proved to be a great surprise was we used them multiple times. The only downside of the unit was the frat boys staying in the unit above us drinking and make noise very late into the night. Thier unit bathroom started leaking into ours and when the property company said something seemed to careless.
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was great but the private hot tub was a little dirty/smelled. I’m sure a routine maintenance would do the trick! This is our second time stay at a property and both times have been great! Carpets were clean, bathrooms spotless and location great! I would definitely recommend it or stay here again!
Perfect property for our family of four. So much room to spread out and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need. Would definitely stay here again.
Clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen. Needs a new TV sound vibrates on medium volume. HOA needs to upgrade game room--table tennis, billiards, and foosball are super old and just not playable.
Just spent an 5 nights in this beautiful condo unit. The unit is very clean and within walking distance to downtown and a short walk to the shuttle bus stop to
Breckenridge. My only disappointment was the lack of cleaning supplies in the condo unit for daily cleaning. There wasn’t any think to spray the counter tops with after cooking meals. The unit was decorated beautifully, however not sure why it was still decorated for Christmas including a Christmas tree in March. Should we return to Breckenridge again I would definitely stay here:

This is an excellent property- has everything you need. Kitchen is amazing, hot tub is wonderful. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again.
We stayed with our 2 young children, and the sleeping arrangements worked well (they were tired out every day). There’s a great playground just across the street. The house is just off of Main Street and a great square with weekend events.
Easy access to Main Street shopping, a little smaller than appears in photos, nice kitchen, plenty of towels, needs a better lounge chair or two for relaxing, the one there was really uncomfortable. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean.
