Very clean, spacious. Convenient location that was a short drive to the main attractions in Eureka Springs. The hot tub was a nice bonus while enjoying the view from the deck.
The house’s patio had an amazing view down the valley into the lake below. The add of having a hot tub to lay in and soak all the enjoyment even more time outside.
Great property. Very comfortable and not too far from everything. Very pleased with our stay.

We had a great stay! The rooms were actually really cool, we were expecting they were like little apartment and that turned out awesome for our group.

Glad you liked our place. Thanks for staying with us😀!
We came down to get Scuba Certified and we’re looking for a place close by everything. 2 min from dive shop, 7 min from the dive location and about 20 min from Eureka Springs. So easy to work with the owner and so much room for two couples with a whole downstairs area. Large deck with a view of the lake. Full kitchen and plenty of seating for a whole family. Would recommend this place to anyone especially those coming down to Scuba!!
My friends and I stayed here for a couple nights and it was Great! Very clean and everything we needed to enjoy a great weekend was provided. Would defiantly stay here again!
Perfectly positioned between the lake and Eureka. Quiet but close access to plenty of things to do!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication
Host had an incorrect number on site making it difficult to reach when a problem occurred. NO hot water. Told me she would be by to fix. Came and left with no word. Told us to wait 15-20min for hot water to come back on. Never did. Called back and said “no hot water” and “this is a problem. These things should be checked before visitors arrive”. She then got rude and hurled personal insults at me about never being happy. Huh???? She states she will come back. I ask her to confirm why is she coming and at what time? Never responded. Just showed up, entered the home. Said she had to get part numbers off the hot water heater to order a new part. Complained about one small piece of trash in the backyard, peppered my husband with questions about our guests. Demanded I call or text her and NOT go thru the VRBO site. All VERY disappointing and unprofessional. Ugh.
This location was perfect for a family vacation. Evelyn’s directions were great and having a big sign on the road that says “Sunrise Sunset” was very helpful for navigating. The house was stocked with everything we could need from plenty of towels to all kinds of kitchen implements. Everything was incredibly clean. A bathroom in each room was super nice and the deck out back was a beautiful place to sit and relax at the end of the day. We were close to Eureka Springs and other attractions like Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge and Onyx Cave. We visited a few day use areas at Beaver Lake so we could swim. Definitely would stay here again.
When we arrived, the property was located in the Arkansas hills with great views of the lake and surrounding area. It’s a great place if you are looking to go downtown or just hang out and enjoy the views from the deck.

About the host

Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake area has been my home since 1972. I truly love the area and can't think of any place I'd rather be. Of course I love to travel but am always glad to come back home to the Ozarks. I have raised my family here and and been in several businesses, but now I am the owner /broker for New Horizon Realty, Inc. and manage 3 vacation rentals as well as long term rentals. I bought this building in 2010 to open a branch real estate office and did for several years, but have now closed it and added a full kitchen and larger living dining area to the existing rental rooms. It's fantastic!
Why they chose this property
The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with anything a chef needs to showoff their skills. And with the price of eating out these days you can save hundreds of dollars by making you meals in this brand new and fun kitchen! Just make sure you clean it and leave it they way you found it. The gas stove is a delight to use and also has a griddle: This location is ideal for those who want to stay near the Beaver Lake or the White River yet be close enough to enjoy the Victorian, story book town of Eureka Springs.
Rent just one room for a comfortable space for 2; rent two rooms to sleep 4, 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 or all 4 bedrooms rooms for parties up to 8. One bedrooms has a daybed with a trundle below that sleeps 2 people.
