Excellent location on private dead end street with parking. Includes full access to the Village Club at Loon featuring 2 outdoor pools with mountain views, 2 indoor pools, hot tubs, gym, tennis, basketball, and game room. Shuttle bus from our front door to Loon Mountain during ski season. This house has 3 full bedrooms and a loft. Bedroom 1: Master with full private bath, queen bed, TV, dresser, closet. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser, closet. Bedroom 3: Bunk room, 2 sets of bunk beds, TV and DVD player, dresser, closet, sleeps 4. Loft: twin bed, dresser. 2nd full bath on lower level, as well as laundry room with washer dryer. Living room with vaulted ceilings features new sofa, TV, DVD and wifi. Covered wrap around porch with grill and cafe table for dining outside. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a family meal. Expandable dining table seats 8. Peaceful, quiet location across the street from Loon Mountain. No pets or smoking. Our home is not available for seasonal rentals at this time.

Great stay in the White Mountains!

This was a terrific place to stay! The home is exactly as pictured (minus one set of bunk beds), and the location was perfect. Tucked away in the woods, yet close enough to the stores, restaurants, activities, etc. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, including all kitchen items for cooking dinner each night. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Location and neighborhood were very much as listed. I wasn’t able toncommuywith manager about front doors key and it was never explained how to get in. I found the key in a combination box by chance. No pass or key for pool was found, dish washer was left full of dirty plates and porch was full of dust and left overs from previous visitors. Trash left outside the property. Dusty windows blinds and not so well washed linens. A little more attention needs to be paid to improve upon guests experience.

Great stay near Loon Mountain

Property was very clean and as described on the posting. Plenty of space, including in the bedrooms and living spaces. One thing to note: property is not really "across the street" from Loon. While the entrance to the Condo complex is across the street, this property is at the very far end uphill for about 1.5-2 miles. While it is possible to walk to Loon, it is a long walk particularly on the way back, and if you require walking to go skiing and/or mountain biking, you may have issues with your gear on such a long uphill walk. Otherwise, the property was great and I would recommend if the walk is no issue.

Great property, beautiful location

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Our family of 4 was joined by another family of 5. There was plenty of space for everyone. We had breakfast and dinner at the property both nights, with available cooking utensils to make things easy. The only note I had was that the pictures show a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, but the property only has one bunk bed (with a trundle, so 3 beds instead of 4).

Family of 8

Our family of 8 (4 kids, 4 adults) fit very comfortably. I loved that the living room had such a massive couch everyone could fit on. Super clean and beds were comfy. Need to keep batteries on hand (I could not find any) and the lighting over the kitchen table desperately needs to be upgraded. It was tough to play games or puzzle at night. Overall had a great time and would recommend 😊

Perfect stay

This was the perfect house for our Lincoln vacation. The house was very clean. There was plenty in of room for our family. Check in was simple. The homeowners were quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Loon Mtn condo

We had a great weekend. The location was great. However there were a few items that I would like to share. The light in the bathroom downstairs was out. The toilet in downstairs bathroom was all a float and rocked when you sat on it. The blinds and window sills were covered with cobwebs and dust. The sheets on the beds were all Pilly and rough. Those items could be easily remedied and then the place would be very nice place to stay

Super spacious quiet getaway

Wonderful Stay

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The condo was clean, cute and spacious for the 4 adults and 5 children. We took the shuttle to the mountain and used the pool and hot tubs. It was perfect. We will be back for sure!

Had a wonderful, relaxing weekend in Lincoln. This house was spacious and spotless in a quiet section on top of the mountain. Excellent communication with the owner. There were books and games for the kids to play with-all the comforts of home. Highly recommended!

The condo was spacious, and clean which is always top priority in my book. The location was perfect, being central to various places to explore. Only area of improvement would be the need for a dehumidifier on the lower level to get rid of the damp musty smell.

This location was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The house was even better in person than it looked in pictures. The rooms were generous in size and comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen provided all the necessary appliances and utensils needed to prepare a few home cooked meals. The unit was meticulously cleaned which made settling in all the easier. I highly recommend the unit.

Wonderful Weekend!!

Just up for a couple days - Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 2016 - left the next morning. Everything was wonderful, warm, well-equipped, welcoming. Okay enough alliteration, but seriously, every word applies here! None of us was there to ski but we did visit the lodge at Loon, and the SPA was great, especially the huge outdoor jacuzzi. What a treat, under the stars. Everything was within 2 minutes of our front door! Plenty of firewood, heat worked great, well equipped kitchen and house, with charming "Moose" decorations sprinkled around. Great views of the mountain too!! The final touch was that one of our daughters left her I-POD there, and the owners found it and mailed it back to us no charge. Nice! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Spacious and comfortable

We had our work group outing to Loon last weekend and spent two nights at this property in Clearbrook which we loved. The unit is located at the very end of the road which gave it an additional feeling of privacy. There were 7 of us and at no point did we feel cramped. The condo is very modern with everything functional and in its right place. We loved coming back to the place after skiing to make drinks and sit by the fireplace.

A fabulous rental away from the hub bub but close enough to get into the action quickly

We had a wonderful stay here- it's not a slope side location but we wanted a place where when you go home at the end of the day's activities, it feels miles away but really is only a stone's throw. The furnishings are great and perfect for our group of 6. Felt private even though it's a larger condo community. Amenities are awesome and having your own grill made dinner prep great. We went up for a Scottish Highland Games Weekend where the guys hit the games and then women went to a day spa and this location and home were perfect for our laid back group. We would absolutely stay again. Communication with the owners was easy, clear and accessible. And the stay was simply great!

Great Place!

Great place. We had a great time in New Hampshire. The place is secluded which is one of the reasons I rented it. I wanted my group to be able to play with some fireworks. We did not want to bother our neighbors. The inside of the place is awesome. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Place was clean and tidy. Would rent it again.
