This was a clean, cozy property close a to conference we were attending near the University of Chicago. The property and was clean and modern. The communication with the hosts was excellent. They provided exceptionally clear check-in and check out instructions. They also responded to questions quickly. We didn't spend much time in the property other than sleeping and getting ready for our day. The second queen bed was more full size but still adequate for our needs.

Pros: Location, parking, spacious, amenities, easy access, very comfortable mattress and pillows, host very responsive.Cons: Our first impression from the curb appeal was nice until we had to deal with all the flying bugs and spiders leading up to the garden unit which totally freaked me out! I reached out to the host and she resolved the issue with natural essential oil spray which contained the critters. I guess the weather and humidity brought out the little buggers! To make matters worse that night, the smoke detector alarm started going off at 1am and continued for 50 minutes. The host was responsive and fixed the issue later that morning.Day 2 we settled in and quite enjoyed the space. Overall: It was a very comfortable space that I would stay in again.

The place was super clean. Check-in process was smooth. Host was very responsive to our questions and requests. The house is on a quiet street, close to University of Chicago. It is also close to a big grocery shop. We had a good stay at this place.
