Good over all

In general, was a good stay, we like the condo and the house, however we had some problems with the air conditioner that was to strong, impossible to use, only worked in the high mode that was freezing cold. Also, with the bathtub that was full of ants, apparently, they were living in the motor, so when we turn on, they start to come, and Luckly I did not put the baby inside, when I noticed this, we fill at the top and let them go in the sink, then later fill again the bath. With both issues the support person attend us to solve the problems. I would recommend reviewing the house prior to avoid this type of inconveniences and do regularly fumigation to avoid the insects inside.

Absolutely Amazing

We just finished our week long stay here in Pinilla. The house was perfect for our adult Family. The four bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own privacy and comfort. The house was huge and had way more space than we needed, but it was nice for us to spread out. The AC was cold and was a blessing when it was hot. The Kitchen had everything one needs to be fully prepared for any meal. The house sits on a large lot in a private gated community with security guards. Super safe. Finally you are just a short 5 min drive to the beach club with amazing surf right in front of it. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a home away from home to stay at.

Travel with Family and Friends

Went with a group of eleven people and had a great time. The house is big, comfortable very clean and located in one of the best parts of Guanacaste. Beaches are great and Hacienda Pinilla is the place to go if you are planning a family trip.

House was comfortable. Silvia did well at check in. House really needed and needs maintenance

House was older and was comfortable, but the House was not and is not rental ready to renters who expect that paying listing prices should mean that the house should be ready to rent. We found our experience not to our standards. House needs maintenance. Kitchen lighting was awful. One out of 16 12” fluorescent cove lights worked, these are the only lighting for kitchens. Personally went to supply house and bought and installed 3 led lights just to see. Other items in house need fixed. But the real breaker for us was that the dryer did not work and when we said something about it we were informed that the listing only said washer. The dryer was there just no plug on it, this mentality of hiding an issue behind an omission was not cool to us. Upon our reaction to being told that the dryer was not included in short term rental, we were there 6 nights, the property management company decided we could have the use of dryer and sent out maintenance. Honestly the house is nice it just needs more attention to detail by managers so it would be ready fo people who expect all things in the house to work.
