We loved our stay! The place was immaculately clean and ready for us. Our kids LOVED the game room - we watched a disney movie on the projection screen and had such a fun, memorable evening. The host was insanely fast to reply to any question we had. The location was fantastic - so many food options nearby. Thanks again!

This is the perfect location for attending an event at Lucas Oil Stadium. It was great to be able to purchase two parking passes. It reduced the parking garage rate by more than half. We also appreciated how clean the unit was.

This condo was great for our visit. Its location was perfect. We could walk to the ballpark and all the restaurants we wanted. We were very close to Patachou for a great breakfast and several great restaurants for dinner. Condo was well appointed.

My two friends and I attended a conference at the JW Marriott. The condo is just a short 10 minute walk or an inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride away. The condo was a welcome resting place after long days of meetings. The kitchen/living space is welcoming and comfortable. It was interesting how the historic department store has new life as a living space residents and guests!

Wonderful location in the heart of downtown! The host was wonderful and walked us through the parking and check-in/check-out processes. He made himself available should we have needed anything, but everything was perfect.

This VRBO was a really fun stay overall. The place was clean, well-kept, and in a great location, which made getting around super easy.There are quite a few house rules, but honestly, they were all reasonable and we didn’t have any issues following them.The only thing to note is the sleeping setup. Each room only has one actual bed, and in one of the rooms the “second” bed is a trundle, so it may not be ideal depending on your group.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Great stay!

We were in Indy for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium. This apartment was in walking distance to the stadium and convention center. We used the skywalk all weekend which was convenient. The apartment was clean, nice, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had a great stay!

It was perfectly located to walking distance of most downtown attractions. The only issue we had was the apartment wouldn’t cool down. The temp in the apartment never got below 75 the entire time we were there. A/C was blowing cold and I believe it was set at 68 or 69 degrees. It just didn’t seem very effective.

Friendly and helpful communication. Place was very clean and stocked with all the essentials and more. The location was perfect. Short walks to anything in the city. We had perfect weather for sightseeing. Went to a Fever game. Ate great food. Took naps. Checked boxes. The building has lots of historical charm and character. Felt very safe. Indy peeps were very friendly. Overall great visit.
