The owners are excited to host you in their historic home! Sam, Caitlin, and her parents Linda and Jimmy are all Wilmington natives who fell in love with the charm of its downtown riverfront. Since 2019 they have poured their heart and soul into this 1852 Italianate house and could not feel happier to share the history and beauty of this space with you.
Why they chose this property
The Eilers House is located in the Historic Downtown and five blocks away from the River Walk District. These districts are where historic charm and rich southern culture meet modern design, new attractions and vibrant nightlife. The sidewalks make it easy for guests to enjoy everything downtown has to offer.
Walking downtown using the sidewalks is the best way to explore since everything is conveniently located nearby, and parking can be difficult to find.
The Port City Trolley is also an easy and convenient way to get around all 5 downtown Wilmington districts. The PCT travels to the Central Business, North Waterfront, Brooklyn Arts, Castle Street and South Front, districts.
