What a terrific location. Short walks to train and stores. Easily fit my family of 8 adults. The 3rd full bathroom was wonderful. We didn’t cook but were thankful for the two coffee options. Laundry is in basement and easy to use, thanks for the laundry baskets in each room!Great communication with host.Definitely recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Bergen/Jersey City at Allison's home. The unit was exactly as advertised on the VRBO website — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. From the moment we arrived, the host was welcoming, attentive, and very responsive to any questions or needs we had throughout our stay. The space made for a relaxing and convenient home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We can't wait to visit again!

Loved this home - renovated nicely inside! Neighborhood felt safe for the area, and we walked to/from the nearby PATH station (about a 20-min walk). Host was responsive and helpful.

Jersey City Jewel

We had 10 family members, 4 generations, staying here for our mini-reunion. The home was well-appointed and nicely updated. Walked to local restaurant/coffee shop, and was an easy ride to Manhattan where we did a lot of sightseeing. Everyone loved the place.

Great Updated Home that Accommodated 10 ppl

We booked this home, which consisted of 2 families. It was very spacious, updated, comfortable, and had all the amenities. We were able to get to NYC very easily and be able to come to a home to relax in the evenings. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

We stayed at Allison's fabulous Jersey City home for a delayed 3-generation Christmas present. Not easy to accommodate 20 mos. to 74 (me), but the four bedroom house did so beautifully. Everyone was comfortable and the kitchen was the best appointed I've stayed in many years of travel rentals. We've all lived in NYC, and found it easy to take transit into Manhattan and Brooklyn. We also enjoyed the vibrant Jesey City neighborhood, with the lovely Lincoln lm Park, a twice a day destination for baby Nico and his entourage! Finally, Allison could not have been more helpful and gracious.Wonderful family experience!

This was our first time using VRBO rental. From the moment we booked, the host was in communication with me. She helped make our quick family weekend trip perfect. She was very informative, helpful when we needed to make additional accommodations last minute, and was always asking if there was anything else she can do to make our vacation more enjoyable. The home was very cozy, clean, and updated . Stocked with basics in the fridge. Family-friendly. This was !

Beautiful home! Great for our family vacation!!

My family and I were fortunate enough to find this gem at the last minute for our long weekend visiting NY City. Allison’s home was beautiful, everything was as described and then some. Allison has gone the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need and more. If you get the chance to book this property jump at it, you won’t be disappointed.

Hidden Gem

This property is amazing. From the outside you would be amazed how nice this home is. It looks small, but has plenty of space. The owner thought of all the details from enough dining sets, appliances ro cute little slippers to wear. To find a place with 3 full bathrooms is very rare.and is a huge plus especially when with a larve group. I would stay here again if the oppotunity comes.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this residence. Eight people (children to grandparents) were in our group and stayed in the home for seven days and everyone was well pleased. The home has everything that is needed from four bedrooms, three full baths, a full stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a nice backyard. The home is extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. The home is close to everything needed. The residence is less than one mile away from a train station that takes you directly into Manhattan. The property owner/manager checked in daily to make sure we had everything that we needed. My family was not familiar with the subway system in New Jersey and New York. The property owner/manager provided my family with daily directions on which trains to use so we got to our various destinations. Without this courtesy, we would not have been able to navigate the transportation system. This courtesy is way beyond the call of duty!

Our group was 2 families meeting up to vacation in NYC together. We had 4 school age kids and 4 adults and the house was great for us!! Kids had fun with the backyard space, the dining table was big enough for everyone to eat together, and the living room was also perfect for gathering. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The ground coffee and k-cups were a nice touch! And the shampoo, soap etc in the bathrooms too! We felt safe in the location and were happy to utilize the parking space. We appreciated the clear information about parking. The host was extremely responsive to every message. She sent information ahead of time on the area, including stores and restaurants, and also info on the trains and getting into Manhattan. We very much appreciated her flexibility with our check-out situation…she went out of her way to accommodate our request. We would definitely recommend this house!
