Your cozy getaway awaits in Colorado Springs at this westside house. With 2 bedrooms featuring a queen (main level) and king bed (loft), a bathroom with a shower, and amenities like WiFi, washing machine, off-street parking, and close access to Old Colorado City, Manitou and Garden of the Gods, this house is perfect for guests looking for a relaxing stay.

I live here part time and chose to buy in this neighborhood because of the views and proximity to trails and hiking. Old Colorado City is a wonderful community where I spend a lot of time organizing local events, summer concerts and block parties.

My cat Jeffrey lives here with me and will be in and out as your on-site host. I will be out of town or dog sitting around town if you need anything during your visit.
