Steps from the beach and the Cedros Design District with its many restaurants, cafes and boutiques, this stunning coastal property offers resort-style living within a secure, gated community situated on the ocean bluffs of Solana Beach. Offering two pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts and beautiful landscaping, the unit includes a large primary suite, guest bedroom, and optional 3rd bedroom/office (not enclosed) along with a patio and deck with a peek-a-boo ocean view. Please note: two flights of stairs required to access the home.

Wonderful property and location!

We had an amazing stay at Stephanie’s place! The home is beautifully remodeled with a clean, coastal feel. It was spacious and comfortable for our group of five, with all the essentials we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is ideal: just a short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, a spa, yoga, and more. The beach is only five minutes away, with breathtaking views from the bluffs. The complex itself is quiet and well-kept, with great amenities like a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Stephanie was a wonderful host—she was very easy to contact and quickly responded to all my questions prior to our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Even better than advertised! Lovely interiors with a breezy beachy feel, perfect for its location. The unit is just a quick walk from the front door to the ocean front. There are two pools, we frequented one of them with a hot tub and plenty of deck chairs to lay in the sun. Beds/pillows were comfortable, kitchen had all the basic necessities, wifi was strong, plenty of beach towels & amenities such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. We stayed as a family of four with two teenagers, plenty of space for them to relax inside and out including a cute balcony area that provided sun and shade. I'd highy recommend staying here!

What makes this property unique

Community is on the bluffs overlooking the ocean and my unit is adjacent to the beach path, making it super easy to get to the beach multiple times/day (sunset is amazing!) and still super accessible to shopping and dining.
