The community is a golf cart community. The unit comes with a golf cart for your convenience. The community is well established with private beach access across the street. Take the golf cart for a short drive across the quiet street for beach access. You will have access to 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella for each day of your stay. There are 2 large swimming pools, 1 beachside and the other is heated at the rear of the community. There is a pavilion with BBQ grills, fishing pier, private boat launch and pier. There are playgrounds, basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis and even a small putt putt course. St. Andrews State Park is adjacent to the community with a separate entrance. Enjoy the convenience of AC, a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, and heating during your stay. There are 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom is ensuite. A fabulous place to relax while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. There is a resort/amenity fee of $80 per vehicle. The first vehicle fee is included in your booking fees. If you are bringing a second vehicle you will be responsible for the second vehicle fee. You will receive an email from "Camp Life" prior to your arrival. You will register your vehicle(s) here and pay the fee for the second vehicle if applicable.
