The Primary suite features beach views and a stunning bath with white marble floors, a deep soaking tub by an electric fireplace, a glass walk-in shower, and a crystal chandelier. Two northern bedrooms offer elegant linens and a balcony overlooking Destin and Choctawhatchee Bay.

Guests also enjoy exclusive Silver Shells amenities, including a lagoon-style pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, a full-service spa, and an onsite Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Plus one of the best features is the seasonal beach bar that serves food and drinks, making it easy to relax and enjoy the Gulf Coast lifestyle.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

My family and I stayed at this property for my birthday and it was everything plus more! It was beautiful with an astonishing gulf view! I will definitely book again in the warmer months. It was as pictured and very clean. They had everything we needed for our stay. They have plenty of cookware and dishes, chairs and cooler for the beach, and much more amenities. It was a 10/10!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and had an incredible week. The views are great and access around the property is very easy with the key fobs. One surprise was the price of the beach chairs/umbrella rental which I tried to find out before we arrived but got no one to answer or return my call with the beach service so 5 days for 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs was an extra $130/day or $650. I then found out from most of the people staying that the beach chairs and umbrellas were included in the rental. This may help show how valuable it is to have this built into the rental when deciding what unit to stay in. Destin definitely has the best beaches!!

The property is great. Very clean and right on the beach. Updated nicely and plenty of space to sprawl out. The only complaint that I have is they should really stock it with basic necessities. You definitely need to bring or buy all your own spices, cooking supplies. There isn't even any salt or pepper. It is a bit lacking on the flatware side also. You are not allowed to bring your own chairs or umbrellas on the beach. It is fairly expensive to rent umbrellas/chairs for a family for the week. With that being said, my complaints are minimal and we would definitely rent this place again.

Spring Vacation

We loved our room and the resort was so beautiful inside and out. The weather was not the greatest, but we did not mind since it was such a beautiful location. It was a little confusing at first on how to check into our room when we arrived since we drove straight into the garage. Don’t do that go to the lobby entrance first, and have someone go up to your room to get elevator access keys to your floor. The rooms were very clean, and we loved the view from our balcony. The only issue was that since the weather was not the greatest, it would have been nice if the heater in pool was working. That pool was freezing cold and the only thing warm enough was the Jacuzzi, but there were so many kids and people in there we decided to pass on cramming ourselves in there. Other than that we had a lovely time and most importantly we will be back!!

Very hard to check in. Dyer in room would not dry cloths. It got hot, but never would dry. Could have used more trash bags for a 4-night stay. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We never saw the property manager.

Pros and cons

If you are looking for a vacation rental with many amenities and restaurants and bars on site this is not the place for you. If you want to enjoy the beach and relax at the pool this place is perfect. The room was well decorated even though some furniture had stains, the Linens were clean. I would definitely recommend this property to adults looking for a nice get away.

For the price little disappointed. Silver shells in general is a hassle to get around complex, key fobs for multiple entries, elevators confusing to begin with, having private is nice but not sure it’s worth the hassle. This unit “does “ have a sofa sleeper. Stools and table chairs are white cloth that have stains, no biggie but you leave wandering if they will think you did the stains. 2br sleeps 6 3 br sleeps 8 policy is kinda ticky, didn’t affect us but could others. This unit designates “1” parking spot, plus additional “if available “, that’s ridiculous for a 3 br. We got by fine but were worried until we got parked. Silver shells is very nice resort but it’s a little too much hassle just staying there.

Beautiful property

The property was wonderful. My only complaint was the lack of kitchen utensils. No cookie sheet, no hot plates and no hot mitts. We had to bake cookies in a glass pan, and the only way we could get things out of the oven was with a kitchen towel. Also no scissors anywhere to open things. Aside from that, we loved the condo!!

The carpenter work upstairs was irritating at times along with the noise during the work done on the back hallway. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at this property.
