Stayed here for the weekend to check out Detroit and hit a Tigers game. The outside of the house and inside of the house were pretty nice (his property)! There are some aesthetics inside and out (i.e. mainly neighborhood/street, not his property--out of his control obviously) that could def use attention, and some work still needed inside (AC needed, bathroom things fixed, plug/outlet in 1 bedroom not working plus a longer cord for TV to reach said outlet as well). Once these things are fixed and available at the house, it will definitely help! Again, no control over the neighborhood but there are cameras there and it was quiet and we had no problems!
