La Placita de Santurce: a local market with various restaurants and awesome nightlife.

Explore Miramar: This up and coming hip street is filled with dining and shopping options.

Old San Juan: There is s a lot of history to be seen, great food, drinks, and shopping.

El Yunque National Rainforest: El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only tropical rainforest in the US national forest system.

Inside the property gate, you will have access to two of the assigned parking spaces on the right. You will have the code for the main gate, the building entrance and your villa.

Enter the apartment and you will be delighted by the sight of beautiful swaying trees behind floor to ceiling glass windows. The space features an open concept living and dining area with a comfy sofa, Smart TV, armchairs and reading chairs and a/c.
